Waited for 2 hours after appointment time passed. Place is understaffed and the staff has a lot on their plate so much so that they wouldn't even retake the passport photo once uploaded .. they didn't even confirm if I was okay with the photo. Disappointed to say the least since I had to wait for a long for something that got over in 10 mins. This is something I will have to live with for another 10 years of my life until I get the passport renewed again. I could hear the fatigue in the staff's voice.. as she was attending to me. She was so done with everything. Finally finished this post lunch time. I mean.. do not set an appointment if one has to wait for over 2 hours anyway? I don't get it.

The staff doesn't guide and processes the application for negligible but potential objection. We went there again just because 5 years ago it went smooth when the office was pretty new but now they processed for unverified adhaar knowing that we will get stuck in long follow up with RPO Koramangla which is too poor. When passport kind of issues could come from things like adhaar either it should be accepted as a document or else it should be considered valid irrespective of tick or question mark. It was too poor to not get proper guidance.

I had an appointment of 1215pm and was finally allowed inside at 1600. There is no order and the whole process is a mess. They are super slow and not meant to handle the volume of applicants. No value for someone's time. Even after getting in, they started asking for additional documents and sending you over 4kms to get printouts and none of those documents ended up being needed. The application was stuck for over 3 weeks until i decided to get in touch with an agent who clearly mentioned that the files from this PSK are generally processed last and end up having extended waiting times. Its always better to just go to lal bagh instead

The entire process was extremely simple and peaceful . After reading comments (before going to the passport office), I was very hesitant to go and was worried as to how the staffs wud be. But the experience was amazing staff were helping everyone with their doubts. Only lacunae-- my scheduled date was 2:15 pm, but my turn came at 430 only. We had to sit for 2 freaking hours!! . But , Toilets were clean, staffs were peaceful, seating area sufficient..

Worst experience ever. No respect to people's time. They keep people waiting for hours. With an year old baby with us, made us wait for more 2.5 hours. No proper process. No separation of whatsoever for the babies. Security is laid back without having any accountability for things happening in the office. Never choose even if its just beside your home.

Passport received after 3 months. Avoid this centre if you need peace of mind. We had to send some documents via post to rpo lalbagh. Even though these documents where submitted here. This centre is just a document collection centre. Psk in Bellandur and lalbagh has all verification and approval people sitting there only.

Worst experience in this place, They'll shout at you like you have committed a crime and come for attendance, Working ladies are "Government Aunties" who were chilling and chit chatting about their personal issues, leaving people waiting. You have to take Xerox of all the docs mentioned and not mentioned in the online forms although they have Xerox machines in the office they'll not allow you to take a single printout, although you have paid a heavy amount for your passport online. And worst of all they can ask you any documents for their own sake and find small mistakes here and there to call you again and again. That lady was like "how can I believe you? You have to fill out some random forms or have to take an appointment again if I reject your application now!". Sometimes their camera will not work so they take your photo of the passport size to paste on your new passport like the old days ( Ha haa..) so don't forget to take passport size photos, all the documents with Xerox copies, leave your time and self respect at home in case you are visiting here along with Full day leave from the office on a working day. I have been called by at RPO banglore( twice) for my application as they raised objections that your photo is not taken as per standard and some documents that this psk is not updated although I have presented all the required documents at this PSK

The Passport Seva Kendra in Jalahalli is behind the Jalahalli post office. There is parking for two-wheelers, but it uses the post office's space. There is no parking for cars, so you'll have to find a spot on the roadside or park at Kadamba restaurant, which is across from the Kendra. This Kendra is not as crowded as other passport centers, but the service is slower. There is only one computer and two staff members--one helps with paperwork, and the other handles the application on the computer. The process isn't fully digital, so you need to bring printed copies of all your documents. For children, you need to bring their photos too. Even though you upload documents online, you still need to bring printed copies of your identity proof, birth proof, old passport, photos, and at least two copies of each. There aren't many photocopy or internet centers nearby. There's one near the Kadamba restaurant, but the machines there often don't work. If you go between 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM, most shops will be closed. I found myself in this situation and had to go to KG Halli to make copies, so it's better to bring everything with you to avoid trouble. Instead of getting upset with the staff, it's better to check with them if you have all the right documents before your appointment. Once your documents are ready, it takes only 15 minutes to complete the process, and you'll get an acknowledgment when it's done. The process is smooth if you have everything ready. There are two lady staff members there right now, and they are very friendly and helpful. I went with my two kids yesterday, and they were causing a bit of trouble, but the ladies handled everything calmly. I apologized for my kids' behavior, and one of them kindly said, "We have kids too. We know how to manage them at work and home." I was very impressed with their kindness and professionalism.
