Passport Seva Kendra Sai Arcade - Smooth & Efficient! Had a seamless passport renewal experience here! The process took about 3 hours and was super smooth from start to finish. They have a coffee cafe with snacks to keep you comfortable while waiting. Photocopy machine on-site, and the staff guides you every step with clear instructions on documents and next steps. Pro tip: Come prepared with all docs and carry your own munchies.

In time: 11 AM , Out time: 3.30 PM Reporting time was 11:00 AM, and entry was allowed sharp at 11, which was well-organized. At the token counter, documents were checked and the appointment was verified, after which the token number was issued. As soon as the token was generated, Counter A was called immediately. At A counter, they verified photocopies of documents and captured photo, signature, and thumb impression. This step was quick and efficient. The major waiting was for Counter B, which took around 2.5 hours, although the actual verification there took less than 2 minutes. After that, Counter C had a waiting time of around 1.5 hours, while the final verification itself again took less than 2 minutes. By the time the entire process was completed, it was around 3:30 PM.. Counter availability observed: Counter A: 23 counters, all operational Counter B: 7 counters, only 5 operational Counter C: 4 counters, only 3 operational Due to fewer operational counters at B and C, waiting time was higher despite A counter moving very fast. Overall, the process is systematic and transparent, but better staffing at Counter B and C could significantly reduce the waiting time. That said, the staff were very polite and helpful throughout--from the verifiers to the counter coordinators and even the security guards. If you come prepared with all documents and a bit of patience, the experience is decent and manageable.

As the name suggests, this place is to renew or issue passport. This is just opposite to Udupi restaurant. One should not take the over bridge but must come under the bridge. In google maps, it makes us go over bridge then take U-turn. However the vehicle parking is on first left after the building, the first left road is just opposite the Udupi restaurant. One has to take the right turn there. In case you follow the google map and happen to take the U turn ...., The DUMB security in front of passport Kendra will tell you second left as there is a divider kept on the first left. But take the first left, then after 2 min... in the left one can find parking. Parking is right opposite to OYO. The work has been sub contracted to TCS... I was expecting a fast processing..... however this was my worst nightmare. I have earlier twice been for issuing and renewing my passport. If we go on time with all the original and photocopy document it was just a matter of 10-15 min. But this experience was horrible: My appointment was at 11:15 am. I reached at 10:55 am. Then in the first queue.... The documents are cross verified and a token number is given. Practically every person was asked to take a new photocopy of our documents from the photocopy vendor inside the premises. On some or other pretex.... In one photocopy she said it is dark, in case of Aadhar she said it is download from online.... Bank etc ask for the online one as the face is clear, also I had reviewed with digilocker online all my documents but still I had to take a new set of photocopy :( By now it was around 1 pm and I had been to 2 queue. Then after the token was given, I was made to wait in A series line.... Where the documents were re-verified and finger print and photo was taken. Then after that I was made to go to B series line.... Here again my document were re- verified... by now the time was around 1:30 pm. Then the entire TCS team went for lunch.... The A,B, C series representative went for lunch all together ...., all of us waited for an hour... CANT 1 REPRESENTATIVE FROM EACH QUEUE GO FOR LUNCH AND COME BACK IN 20-30 min, SO THAT SIMULTANEOUSLY WORK CAN KEEP HAPPENING.... So many of us including senior citizen and kids were waiting for these representative to complete their LUNCH PARTY. ..... then around 2:30 pm the work again started. Now I was in C series queue.... In this place the person punched hole in my passport. Around 3:30 PM I came out of premises where the guard was taking the token number and feeding it in the feedback collector giving best all green feedback . I always thought privatisation will make process better, but after 5 queue line and 4 hours .... I want the old process back. This entire process could be completed with 2 queue.... But OMG the ordeal of 5 queue and 4 hours was worst night mare

We had recently visited the Passport Seva Office at Sai Arcadez Marathahalli earlier today. This was for my father, who had recently undergone a surgery and was looking to renew his passport, so we could fly back at the earliest. Mr. Ganga Shankar (Manager) has been extremely helpful in the whole process and made sure it was extremely smooth and seamless. He was very courteous, understanding and a professional in his interaction. My parents visited this office on their own and yet came back home with almost nothing to worry about, thanks to him. This is my sincere thanks to his professionalism and understanding.

It's a smooth processing, Good psk. Parking is at the bank, so you have to go through the alternate entry, which is by taking a left from 400m ahead of the immediate left after the psk. Photocopy is available in the psk. There will be 4 counters in total , First step is QR scan at the machine , then your documents will be verified and you will be sent inside to counter A . It's a token based system so no delays in that way. All of my process got done in 2 hrs , on a busy day.

Visited Passport Seva Kendra for a fresh passport application for my 5-month-old daughter. The process was very smooth and efficient. There is a paid parking facility just behind the PSK. From the parking area, you can walk to the PSK via the back gate. Note: this path passes through a small cemetery and a smoking area, so parents with babies may prefer to take the main road route, which is slightly longer but more comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. Since the application was for an infant, we were given a special priority token, which made things much easier. Document verification went smoothly through Counter A, B, and C, and there was no need to visit the APO counter. If the spouse's name is mentioned in at least one parent's passport, the baby's passport process is relatively smoother. The entire process took around 30 minutes, which is impressive considering it involved a young baby. Really appreciate the sensitivity shown by everyone--from security at the entrance to officials at all counters.

We had a very smooth and quick experience at PSK Marathahalli for my infant Passport appointment. The entire process was completed within 20 minutes, and we were out without any hassle. We were allowed inside exactly at the reporting time (15 minutes before the appointment) at 2:15 PM. Since we didn't have the appointment number printed, we used the appointment scanner. However, as we didn't have the required details handy, we had to use the kiosk to manually generate the appointment token -- which was simple and quick. We were visiting with our infant, and the staff were extremely supportive. Our baby was asleep, and they did not insist on waking the baby for the photo. They used the passport-size photo we carried and uploaded it. The thumb impression was taken smoothly. If the passport of parents does not have spouse name printed, please carry the marriage certificate and Annexure D mandatorily. Counter B verification was completed without any waiting time. Instead of waiting in the regular queue for Counter C, the head officer directly picked up our file due to the infant and processed it immediately. The courtesy and support shown by all the staff were truly appreciated. Parking is available through the back gate of PSK. After parking, you can directly walk into the PSK premises from the back gate no need to take the adjacent road. Overall, a very efficient, well-managed, and infant-friendly experience. Highly recommended!

My experience at the passport office was mixed and somewhat confusing in the beginning, though it became smooth later. My reporting time was between 9:30-9:45 AM. We entered around 9:30 AM, but by then the queue was already very long. At the entrance, the staff directed us to Counter 2 and Counter 3. When we went to Counter 3, they told us to first review the application at Counter 2. After standing in a long queue at Counter 2, the staff asked us to enter the application number and date of birth at the first block (self-service kiosk). We did that, got the status approved, and returned again to Counter 2. At that point, the officer at Counter 2 said one of my documents was not clear and asked me to get a clearer copy, even though the document was already clear. I went to the nearby Xerox shop, but they only provided photocopies and not printouts. So I had to go outside the passport office premises and get a color printout from another shop. I didnt knew that we cant go out. When I returned to Counter 2 following the queue, it was around 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, the officer at Counter 2 shouted at me in front of everyone, questioning why I went outside without informing him. The way he spoke felt very disrespectful, like a headmaster scolding a student. I understood that we cant.go out after entry, but he shouldn't have shouted at me. I stayed calm and explained politely that I went out only because he asked me to bring a clearer document and printing was not available inside. Initially, he said he would not allow me to proceed further because I went outside. After a few moments, he said, "This is the last time, I'll allow you," and then permitted me to continue by giving a special token as we had a infant with us. Th aais interaction was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. After crossing this stage, the process became very smooth and well-organized. It took less than 30m to exit may be we had a special token. please go through this review to understand the process. I dont want anyone else to be confused or getting helled by the people. be there min 15m early than your slot. once you enter first you need to update your entry in the information kiosk. enter your ARN number and DOB thats it. then go to counter3 if you have an infant, you are senior citizens, or disabled person. if not then go for counter1 or counter2 they will review the xerox copies of all your documents, application and give you a token. you have to carry only one photocopy of the application, payment receipt, all supporting documents. all the supporting documents like aadhar, dl, pan need to be self attested. your further time based on token. if you have special token it will take less than 1hr. if you have normal token i guess it will take around 2-4 hrs. Verification Process: Counter A: Photo taken Documents verified Unnecessary documents removed Documents scanned and uploaded Any application errors corrected on the spot (Interestingly, the officer here said the document for which i was yelled at earlier was not required at all) Counter B: Original documents verified against uploaded copies Final review of details Counter C: Agian live verification of Aadhaar, old passport, PAN, driving license, marriage certificate, etc. Once everything is ok, your Passport will be punched with that process is completed After Counter C, we can exit by giving the review. Overall, the passport process itself is well-structured, but better coordination and polite or respectful behavior at the initial counters would greatly improve the experience.
