Having been rejected with 214(b) first time through someone else although it wasn't the fault of that person rather visa officer not being convinced of my home country ties, to getting visa approved. I have been using Jet Visa Services for the past year, and while I acknowledge that Mr. Vishwanath has successfully processed multiple visas on time, his attitude and professionalism are absolutely unacceptable. From the very beginning, communication with him has been a nightmare. He is rude, unprofessional, and acts as if he's doing you a favor rather than providing a service that he has been paid for. Reaching him is a struggle--you have to call him repeatedly over several days before he bothers to respond. Despite this, I tolerated his terrible customer service simply because he got the job done. However, my recent experience was the final straw. A visa application was rejected, and instead of offering guidance on the next steps, Mr. Vishwanath had the audacity to blame me--despite the fact that he himself had vetted and submitted the documents. Rather than helping me navigate the next steps, he became defensive, dismissing my concerns by pointing to his past successes. His attitude was shockingly indifferent and unprofessional. After deciding to leave this review, I noticed others have had similar experiences with him, and his typical response is a dismissive "Wrong Allegation." This seems to be his standard way of avoiding accountability. While Jet Visa Services may have delivered results in the past, this 1-star review is solely for Mr. Vishwanath and his disgraceful behavior. A professional service provider should not treat paying customers this way. If you value respect, clear communication, and accountability, avoid dealing with him at all costs.

Worst service from Vishwanath. This man is extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. His firm made mistakes while filling out the application form which made the visa process difficult and time consuming for us, and he was not ready to acknowledge his mistake. Instead of apologising for the mistake he spoke in a very arrogant and disrespectful manner saying that there was no mistake from his end. Most unprofessional person.

HORRIBLE service from Vishwanath. This man is extremely rude, unprofessional, egoistical and unbothered. He does not know how to speak to a customer in a professional manner. I highly recommend that you save your money and your energy and look elsewhere for help with your visa!

Ramathan is a very professional person and has almost everything at the tip of his fingers. You may find him not to be sugar coated but he's very helpful. Exemplary is my case where in there was a spelling error in my surname on my passport, but he guided me what was to be done at the end moment and everyone went well
