The post office is very much organized and customer friendly environment. Most importantly we have token system which is Amazing customer don't have to wait in a queue, lot of seats are available to seat. Good service makes to get the satisfaction.

Staff has rude behaviour especially their incharge lady who doesn't provide proper Aadhar information on notice board or if you talk to staffs for further information, she has problem with that also and she asks staff not to talk to public. Why don't we do this application online and visit center only for biometric, this will save our time and as well as their. We are taxpayers of our country and we are only suffering here, retire old people and hire new generation to make the process fast. Better to go any other center except this. Very bad service.

I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at Passport Seva Kendra, Jalahalli. The staff were polite, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The waiting time was minimal, and the officers ensured everything was processed quickly. The center is clean, well maintained, and efficiently managed. At the Head Post Office Jalahalli, excellent, prompt and speedy service by the Staff in the Counter and the Supervisor-in-charge. They closed our NSC (IX issue) same day. The NSCs consisting 71 Certificates were bought 10 years back, and each Certificate had to be closed individually. Dedicated service is very well appreciated.

I had been there to send a parcel with items of personal to the US. It took the personnel 1 hr to figure out how to send it, and if the service is available now. I had to tell them that service has resumed. Next after numerous frantic efforts to book the package, they failed to do so after yet another hr. Whether its an expertise issue or a problem with the software or connectivity, the end result is after spending 2.5 hrs I came back unsuccessful.
