LAKSHMIKANTHA R (BEAT_1) is the worst postman ever (SRI- PMG) should take strik action The way he talk is so impolite I totally get it none of the address that we APPLY for our panchar is mention exactly as we give to the pancard office and its not our fault I have worked in post office for more than 5 years at dimapur main post office so I know how the post man struggle to find all the location in there day to day work but none of the post man from our branch have that kind of attitude he should first learn to cool himself down so Sri Post master or sri Postmaster General keep that in your list and put some Politnest inside his brain thank you

During my recent visit to the Viveknagar Post Office, I noticed that the staff here manage a significant workload, balancing their official duties while also assisting the public with tracking queries and other postal matters. Many visitors seek help regarding their courier or address details, often requiring information about postmen or parcel status. While some staff members proactively assist visitors, the level of support can sometimes depend on the circumstances and individual availability. For instance, I approached an employee for assistance after noticing she was free; however, she was preparing to have her breakfast, which understandably impacted her willingness to help. From my experience, I suggest that the most suitable time to visit the post office is around 11:30 AM. At this time, most postmen are present, and the segregation of parcels across different sections is typically completed, making it easier to get accurate information or assistance efficiently.

Very bad experience..staff are soo rude ..they are not maintaining government standard time. Actually closing time is 5 pm but still they told me 3pm is the closing time. In Google also closing time is 5pm..need to wake up and who ever is manage that office please teach them how to maintain time.

Today I happened to visit the viveknagr post office for my dad's old age pension. I was there at 10am and untill 12.30 pm. I stand for Around 2.5 hrs to withdraw a cash. I noticed that there was only one counter for a general cash withdrawal, deposit and for old age pension. I literally moved into tears seeing this old age people, some with disability, some in sickness standing in queue for hrs together to withdraw just 1200, 800 and 400s. Honestly I am shocked to see the management just don't bother about this or the staffs having to witness this situation everyday at their work place I am not sure why they dont raise concerns to higher management to improve their service. Please your service is really important to these old age people, kindly improve your service soon as possible.

A post office where postman calls after reaching your delivery address and not returns back to post office saying "delivery attempted but person not present". Also, the post office staffs start on time. Beware of half day on Saturday. Working hours: Weekdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Staffs are very helpful for any of your queries.

Staff are so rude and not understanding if we reach before 2 they didn't allow to send they talk so rudely I never face this kind of staff

Thoo on this post office, every single employee are the owners of public coming their and they can treat them as they want no rules and respect they follow, shame on post office such an arrogant employees they have.

Please don't ever go there. Bad service to the people and rude employees worst place to be and I never expect this kind of service from Indian Post Office. Please please can you shut this postal service. Best to go with other private courier service
