Post office is located on the first floor This post office is old and it's in nagerbhavi village area interior located Good staff and big post office has compare to any other post office For any help regarding postal service can visit this post office Good staff behaviour and good response from them . And there is sbi bank and sbi atm at ground floor.

I have experienced the worst phase cause of 1 employee named Ramesh D N who has no patience and very rude as previously that person said the door no. is wrong and then we changed the door no. Which he said us this is the correct door no. When our next courier arrived he still argued that this is the wrong door no. and was yelling and made us to come to the road corner and pick the courier Ramesh D N is the first person whom I have seen very worst in the service. I would request the concerned authorities to take strict action to get better service for the Public

The place is open and employees are very friendly. Don't be misled by the reviews. I got my passport renewed but missed to be home when I the postman, Mr Ramesh came to deliver. So he dropped a note at my residence to come collect it the next day at a certain time window. As promised - he was there and didn't accept any bribe for doing his job. Very honest hardworking person - Mr Ramesh (the postman in reference here)

I went here to collect my passport in the evening at around 4.30 pm.There was no public when I visited here or may be its always like that as it's located in a remote place. I could reach here with the help of Google maps else I would have got lost. My experience with the staff here was good. I had to show a ID proof and collect the passport.

As a small business owner running a clothing business, I frequently rely on postal services to dispatch customer orders. Normally, I use the University Post Office which is relatively better, but due to system issues there, I was directed to the Nagarabhavi Post Office - a branch I've had a terrible experience with in the past and clearly, nothing has improved. During my recent visit, I informed the staff that I had 6 to 8 parcels to post. One of the staff members rudely asked to inspect them and then claimed that the parcels "looked damaged" and that they wouldn't accept them. I explained that I've been packing my products in the same manner for over three months and they've safely reached customers across various locations. Despite this, he blatantly refused to take them without providing any valid reason. I've even attached images of my parcels to show how neatly and securely they were packed -- their reasoning was completely baseless and unprofessional. Moreover, their branch is marked as "temporarily closed" on Google, but they continue operating. They instructed me to come at 8 AM, and I reached on time, only to find no staff present. I waited until 9:30 AM, and only the parcel delivery personnel were around -- no counter staff showed up until after 10 AM. This is completely unacceptable for a public service office. The staff at this branch are negligent, unhelpful, and lack even basic courtesy. This branch is causing inconvenience to the public and hurting small businesses like mine. I sincerely request that the concerned authorities take strict action and consider closing this branch permanently instead of marking it as temporarily shut.

Very disrespectful and unruly staff. Do not go here.. they are useless..they either do not respond back and make you wait like some dog, and later reply with arrogance. Very scornful attitude. And it says 5pm , but closes at 3pm

This place is open in weekdays. Only State and Central holiday is not open.

I am available more then 3year in same location but santhosh Post man is telling you are not available at that place my important post is going back to sender actually he is not coming my currect address
