India Post Office, Whitefield

Visited the post office on a Saturday afternoon to send a speed post. There wasn't much crowd, and the process was smooth. The staff were polite, efficient, and processed my parcel within a few minutes. The building was clean and well-maintained but could use some touch-ups and improvements. Overall, a good experience.

We had pleasant and amazing experience at this Post Office. The Post Master of India post office Whitefield and the attached EPIP Post office in-charge Ms. Varalakshmi were courteous and very helpful in extending internet banking to our accounts. It is wonderful to see the high efficiency of the staff managing the high footfall of customers. Downside is that one needs to search for some street parking space for cars.

The lady at the speed post counter is utter useless, slow and inefficient. Went there at 1.30pm for a parcel, waited for 20 min still she couldn't process 1 parcel properly. Had to come back cuse my meeting won't wait for 20 minutes for 1 person

Useless token system board. They don't even turn it on! Pathetic experience with Adhar enrollment. They don't even know why Enrollment rejected at the first time. They say reason could be anything. Just enroll again.

The staff is pathetically slow. Speed post takes more time to book than deliver. Full sarkari daftar kind of work culture. People have ample of time to waste.

Taking long time to collect parcel, per 1 person it's taking around 5 -10 min to collect parcel,waiting time is so long Kindly requesting to India post office in nellurali to speed up the process

Cash Only. No UPI !! What year is this again? Even with all the hoopla around Digital Indian and UPI revolution could not get this post office to accept UPI. How are they so stubborn? And why? Also, the staff there is helpful if you have some cash to spare.

Came here for Aadhar Mobile update. One needs to come morning at the time Postal office opens and should take token. Please note they provide only 5 tokens per day and usually there might be no person sitting in the aadhar counter but still stand patiently till the right person comes and gives you token. If its festival time then they might not issue token or might issue token for the day when they are working. It's clearly mentioned on the wall all the documentation required for each aadhar update. Once you receive token you need to come that day evening or the day the time slot your received. Mobile update went very smooth. No further document required except your Aadhar card and the active mobile which you want to link with you. The charge for the same is Rs. 50. The Mobile number will be linked within 72 hours. The same update will receive in your updated mobile number as well. They do Adhaar photo update, and all other aadhar related process here. All process went well but needs to wait patiently and sometime needs to enquire to many employees there to get the exact information. Overall a great experience and went well smoothly. Place is well maintained and have place to park your vechile.
