Today I had been here for renewal of my mothers Senior citizens savings scheme deposits, Yangzab mam at the counter was very helpful, shared all the information and quickly it was done. The head Shanti mam also was very helpful. I also did my mothers jeevan praman here which was superswift, since last many years it was a pain getting my mums thumb impression in the biometric and today in just one thumb impression in seconds it was done, i was very impressed. I also applied for internet banking and happy that this option is now introduced. Thanks to the support staff as well at the post office it was a bery good experience today. Not giving 5th star as the place is little small.

The postmaster is very rude. Declined us both the times whereas approved taking parcel of other people in front of us. Most probably those people would be from his own region. Being North Indians in Bangalore, we face this every now and then. But didn't expect this from a govt official.

I've been following up for so long, but they're neither giving a clear reason nor in writing for providing a parcel. The contact number is in Venkateshwara's name, but he's not available and always someone else talks on the phone. Upon asking, they say that the post master is not available .

Attached to VR Bengaluru mall, PostOffice branch with all post office related activities can be done. Always crowded decide before coming to this place - you need to have some time to be on queue.

Visited this post office today (15-Nov-2025) to enquire about savings plan for kids and adults. Post master (Mr.Manjunath) has been very professional in explaining the available options and very helpful in getting my requirements, great support from other staff too. Thank You, All!

Very few staff were there, and they were busy with the customers. I went there to enquire about one courier delivery and got a prompt response within a short time. There is no dedicated parking space

Very bad behaviour! We came for a parcel delivery at 3 o'clock, but they said it was closed for the day. They even spoke to us rudely, as if we weren't human. What kind of people are they? It was a very bad experience.

Very disappointed with the staff behavior. I visited during working hours, but they said the counter was already closed. No proper explanation or help was provided.
