I had visited this post office to send speed post at around 4PM, because the post office in Whitefield near Phoenix mall does speed post only till 3PM. The staff of that post office was kind enough to guide me to come here. My work got done smoothly enough. Not much hassle.

Visited the post office today and had a disappointing experience. The staff's service was subpar, with extremely long waiting lines and an unprofessional approach to their duties. Shockingly, they went for lunch in the middle of processing, leaving many of us waiting. It felt like they were doing us a favour by working. They even left the counter before time, citing lunch, despite not having eaten breakfast. This is unacceptable, especially considering the number of elderly people who come here. The service was pathetic. Authorities should escalate this issue and take action.

As usual govt staff attitude less careless and always seem to point wrong on the customer especially the post office bank staff . Rude if you ask tough questions

Small Post Office, Mainly two counters are there. One is with Speed Post, Registry and One for Bank related counter..There is always a queue..but you don't have to wait much, Your work will be complete very fast

I had visited the post office for the Aadhar card enrollment of my daughter after getting denial from multiple Bangalore one. While the post office had timeline for aadhar services. They were clear with the approach and the Aadhar was generated within a day of enrollment, I'll say 8-9 hours. That was the quickest I have heard or seen myself. THANKS again to the staff of Doorvaninagar Post Office for your support.

I visited for AADAR UPDATE around 8 am and there was no rush. My task was completed within 30 min. If visiting for AADAR UPDATE make sure to carry cash and a pen (they refuse to share their pen) . Staff behavior was not welcoming but it was ok to get my work done.

Overall good experience. The staff was polite and helpful. She even cleared doubts of some of the other customers while serving me. The place is clean and spacious after moving to the new place. But it is definitely understaffed there was only one person handling speed post , banking services etc.

Only one hour aadhaar update they are doing morning 8 to 9.very bad. Not mentioned in any where.
