Good service by the staff. They are helpful in providing information about the Visa application process. The Greece Visa application centre is on the 8th floor, Manipal Centre. Walkable from Trinity Metro station. Carry your recent passport size photos (3.5x4.5) and all the relevant photocopies of the documents. Otherwise, it is expensive to get it done. There are xerox copy stores on the 1st floor of Manipal Centre and they charge you Rs. 4 Per page. 5/- for one copy of print out. Whizz studio next to the Manipal Centre - they charge you double the rate of actual photo prints. Do not visit Arkay Xerox store and please do not visit Whizz studio. All these stores loot the customers.

I applied for my visa on 29th July. It reached the embassy on August 1st. GVC guys clearly mentioned it would take 15 working days to process my application at the consulate. It got processed on August 20th and I got my visa. Just make sure to present all the documents in the checklist present on their website. Also, the income tax returns has to attested by CA and not self attested. The application process at the visa centre was smooth. There were very few people and the process got completed in about 30 minutes. The staff were helpful.

I got my visa approved and passport delivered in 6 working days. Writing this review because I saw many negative comments here and was really concerned about those while applying. So don't worry, the only thing to keep in mind is that you have to have all documents EXACTLY as per their checklist and it would be absolutely fine. There are some deviations from other Schengen visa issuing countries in terms of documents and copies needed, so make sure to read and understand each word of what is mentioned in the checklist in their website and follow without fail. For eg, attestation of ITR means attestation by CA, and not by you and so on. The staff is helpful and they will guide you on getting any copies of any items you might have missed, and in my case they also helped write a paragraph to my cover letter explaining discrepancy in booking name, missing old passport etc. And the best part unlike VFS is that there are no queues and you just walk in at your booked timeslot or earlier, do the process and come out in a few minutes. We were able to finish the whole process including a visit to the Xerox shop well before our scheduled appointment time itself as we arrived a bit early. Parking is also easily available in the Manipal Center premises. Overall a very good experience. Only negative bit for me was non availability of free slots, as they accommodate only 1-2 people in each 30 minute time slot and the slots opening seems to be done on random days. So you have to keep checking the website 3-4 times daily to see if new slots have opened and book it before it is gone. As a backup, the paid slots with lounge access would always be available for almost any date and you can cancel them if you manage to get a free slot before the date of your appointment. The website shows you free slots by default, and unless you change the drop down options, you won't be able to see the paid slots. So it is not at all a user friendly website, but you can get the work done.

It was a great experience getting our Greece visa. The team was very responsive on calls when we enquired about the appointment booking process. Followed by that our visit to the centre was smooth. Although our appointment was at 9, but they started checking our documents by 8-50 am itself and we were done by 9-30 am. They checked and confirmed all documents and asked us to take printouts of our old passport which we had missed to do. We were told 15 days minimum processing time. We submitted our documents on Friday and the next Friday, we received our passports by courier. Very quick and efficient and received passport within 7 days. Note - This was my fourth Schengen visa, so that could have contributed to the quick response time.

Location here is wrong. We almost would have missed our appointment by going to the location mentioned here. We finally had to ask people on the road/shops to figure out where is the actual office. We have to go to Manipal Center which is a huge building with 2 blocks. After we reached the actual place, we submitted all the documents as mentioned in the website. They additionally asked for NOC from our company which was not mentioned anywhere. They asked us to bring the NOC within half an hour else our appointment will get auto-cancelled. We reached after 45 mins and they didn't accept to process within our booked slot. We had to pay additional 2.5k for Premium lounge access to get our documents submitted. We wanted to collect the passport from the center itself. But they made us pay extra for courier charges saying it will reach your home directly and that would be quicker than receiving it from the Visa center. Our visa got processed in 8 calendar days which was much before estimated 15 working days.

I had a superb experience at the Greece Visa Application Centre in Bangalore. Unlike VFS, they provide lockers free of charge to store your belongings, which was incredibly convenient. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I applied for my visa and received it within just 11 calendar days, which exceeded my expectations. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout, making the entire visa application process stress-free. I highly recommend the Greece Visa Application Centre in Bangalore for their excellent service and customer-friendly approach. You can opt out of the sms service as updates on website were the same. Also for people applying as a couple and spouse name not updated in passport, would require a marriage certificate with MEA apostille.

Staff were well behaved and nice. They quickly went through the documents and in 15-20 minutes the process at Bangalore was completed including biometrics. However one is advised to apply well in advance -at least 45 days. The Passport with Visa stamping can reach you even 3 days before your journey date. This part is quite tense as the embassy does not pick up calls or reply to e mails.

I applied for Greece visa along with my wife. The staff informed us about one document which was required but we didn't have that time, they also told us how we can get it and didn't charge anything that day. A week later we applied again with new document and to my surprise we received passport stamped with visa within a 10 days. Overall I would say staff is really very helpful, patient and professional. This was my best visa experience.
