GK Vale Kothanur

My experience with GK Vale Kothanur was extraordinary. They were extremely co-operative and helpful! Even when asked for soft copies multiple times, they were helpful throughout and responded immediately! I appreciate it tons!

Here's the updated review: "Epic Fail at GK VALE!!! We have been with GK Vale since my grandmother's times! Totally upset now! I'm still fuming about the absolute disaster I experienced at this studio. The service was atrocious, the photographer's talent was questionable, and the final product? Disappointing!! Despite charging 5x times of other regular studios for 1 photo, We are really upset about the outcome. I didn't even get a single full-body photo. I wore a beautiful saree, and all I got were cropped shots that barely showed my outfit. What's the point of dressing up if you're not going to capture it properly? The photographer didnt highlight the messy hair or any detail even after requesting specifically. When we pointed out the mistakes, they agreed to a reshoot, but only for ONE photo. And even that was done with all the enthusiasm of a sloth on valium! Not even in a single shot everyone (5 ppl) of us were looking into the camera! Such were the reshoot! I had no option but to settle for the subpar originals. The final single frame provided was not good either! They didn't even ask for the choice of frame. Even their brand name was not on it! Total rip-off! Compared to other decent studios, their prices are very high especially for such an experience! 0/5 stars - wouldn't recommend to anyone ! Save your money and your sanity. Go somewhere else!

I had an excellent experience with Sagar at the GK Vale Kothanur branch. His attention to detail, understanding of lighting and composition were outstanding. He made the shoot very comfortable and delivered stunning photos, beyond my expectations. Truly professional and highly talented, definitely recommend him

RUINED the memorable photo FRAME for us, for which they charged a whole lot of MONEY. Paid NO ATTENTION to the EDIT that was confirmed to be made in the photo printing before framing it. Very poor standards and quality of frame, with low quality and INCOVENIENTLY DESIGNED finishing details. OVERCONFIDENT staff but not bothered about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Worst experience, UNNECESSARILY EXPENSIVE, not worth the money at all, definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very poor experience. I went for visa photos and the staff, though overconfident, delivered photos with incorrect dimensions. When the mistake was pointed out, they refused to accept responsibility, even though the soft copy was in their system. It ended up being a total loss of time, money, and caused unnecessary frustration

For Xmas we did a FAMILY PORTRAIT Picture quality was Good selection of photo frame choice but price slightly on higher end . When we recd our Photograph we were satisfied Good job & delivery on time, hence i would personally recommend to opt their GK VALE services hennur branch..

Very expensive, they said 1600 for a medium size frame to get the print on the same day, i got it done for 800rs from else where, delivered in 2 hours
