Great and hassle free experience. Though I had almost all the documents as per Schengen visa necessity, few of my documents needed updates and clarifications. Mr. Abhishek calmly handled my application and guided me how to get work done on the same day. I would say my overall experience was absolutely great and whole process was easy. They don't frown or rush you. They help you out. Having good document list and file is mandatory nevertheless. In case of minor missing details, they do hep you.

It was on time and very easy process and guidance, provided you have all the documents as per check list provided. Especially appreciate the support provided by Kumar on visa desk for managing the things with patience.. Overall process took less than 40 mins with photos etc.

The process was very smooth and well organised, the waiting time was no more than 5-10 minutes, and the centre was not overcrowded due to the week days. Once the document verification began, the workflow was smoother. I would like to specifically acknowledge Abhishek, who assisted me during the submission process. He was patient, helpful, and professional, ensuring that my documents and biometrics were handled correctly. His support made the final part of the process more efficient and reassuring. The communication regarding required documents was als priorly advised to me, the payment and receipt collection process was also faster than expected, with limited counters managing a large number of visitors this was a great experience overall I would say. Overall, while the system was smooth, flawless, communication, and crowd management, the staff--especially Abhishek--were courteous and supportive.
