Beguru Post Office

Yesterday I spoke to a girl named Nandini regarding my courier. She told me to come today and collect it. But when I went, they said the courier has been returned. When I asked in Kannada, they just said they would 'check and update.' What a useless service. They say a delivery boy will come, but no one calls or shows up. And even now, the courier is still at the Begur Post Office, yet they are saying it has been returned. Very disappointing service.

Post office is true public good and Begur post office shines as a Public good. Both the office incharge and staff are courteous, offer speed without any smirk.

Very polite staff who handle all requests well. They provide all necessary information to get the work done. Yes, they may sometimes not pick calls and that's because they're super packed. However, if you visit to get your work done, consider it done. This review is not for processes outside their control like the system maintenance or server issues. The staff tries to help as much in their capacity. Recently booked international courier through them by visiting the post office and staff was very helpful. The server shut down while booking my third parcel. They helped with booking on the next day. The area of improvement is the software they use. The staff suffers with us too

Worst postal service I've ever experienced. I've had to collect my post three times because they never deliver it to my home. Every time, they give the same excuse - either "number not reachable" or "number not provided," which is completely false. My contact details are correct and active. I received a parcel on 17th August, and as of now, it still hasn't been delivered. When I went to the post office to ask, they just repeated the same excuse again. The staff are careless and completely unhelpful. To anyone depending on this service - don't waste your time waiting. Just go straight to the post office if you're expecting something, because that's the only way you'll actually receive it.

Worst post office they won't deliver your parcel simply they will update that the person not available or number not reachable. So you have to go and collect the parcel.

My SBI debit card got delivered as per them and neither I got sms or call and they claim Sbi doesn't provide cmr phone number except addres, due to which it got back to bank when I get there those crap aren't ready to take feedback.

Speed post, parcel service available, 2 wheeler parking space there, 4 wheeler side of road.
