I had a very good experience. I went for getting my E Katha. Please note, none of the online links and logins are working properly at the moment, so I went personally to this office with all the documents and one miss Heena spent more than 30 minutes and created my application. Basic check list photos are there but here is the list 1 sale deed color copy scan not B and W 2 latest EC if house is old one EC up to 2004 and one for later period 3 I got the EC certificates from the Sub Registrar 4 Aadhaar 5 electricity bill 6 original registration tax paid if not updated on your case 7 latest tax receipt 8 gps map photo use an app and take color pic and print out. 9building plan 10 original katha 11 application letter for name or spelling, correction, if there is a need Once approved, I hope we will see the status online. Please note. They don't capture your email ID anywhere. They don't ask for passport photos. The images are picked up from your Aadhaar OTP validation. Good luck

Aadhar service is very bad , own rule . Rude behaviour. Updates in aadhaar was not able to make.

The workers are friendly with customers... Neat place and hygiene. I went to make my bus pass, within 5 min they made n gave it... Just bring the exact change as possible in morning... They dont have change. It's a bit inside the area... Just search asking the nearby people.... It is located just inside the girls high school... On left side. Its a good place with less rush. Work is done at faster rate. Thank you.

Worst response, people go for lunch and never turn back and are very rude when spoken. Photo is attached and the timing is also updated. The lady near the counter was very rude and worst response.

Rude staff, they act like un-educated hooligans, don't know why they even open the center, better close it and go home and relax. Do not even dream of going to this center, they will never help you.

Really a wonderful experience. Staff is so polite, well-behaved and trained. Explained the things very nicely. Token system is there . Waiting period is very less. Best wishes to Banglore one.
