My daughter approached this place after reading positive reviews, to get her birth certificate for passport purposes. She made an advance payment and was assured the process would be completed within 40 days. However, it has now been 4 months, with multiple visits and countless follow-up calls, and she still has not received the certificate.
This morning, when she called the agent Ali and put him on speaker, I was shocked at his rude behavior. Instead of helping, he dismissed her, saying he is a "busy man" and even made inappropriate remarks. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable.
We trusted him, but instead of delivering on his promises, we are left dealing with endless delays and such pathetic customer service. Very disappointing experience.

It's been over 4 months since I paid 4,000 for the birth certificate, though you promised completion in 45 days. There are constant excuses and delays. When will the second order be delivered?
I've called and visited multiple times with no clear response. My passport process is in progress, and this delay is causing serious inconvenience. I also notice you respond to reviews online. why not address customer calls?
Please provide an immediate update and clear timeline for completion.

Doesn't answer any of the calls, pushes the work out of the deadline extent, that Ayesha lady and another Rahman an old uncle, is always ready with their lies for the abid, they both lie and make excuses about something and abid only tells some other things, they don't coordinate and lie also, very pathetic service.

Very slow service and not responsive at all, they don't pick calls at all and rarely when they do, they just make an excuses and push the work longer.
EDIT: just edited to reply to this guy, if you have time to reply to my review, why the hell on earth don't you have time to answer to any call, I am trying to call this person from a week, but swear to god he never answers calls and pretends to be busy. I feel trapped giving them advance money to do work, really absurd place.

Very pathetic service
I went to them for my daughter Aadhar they took 4 k and then post which the Aadhar got rejected . Went there there three times aftwr that . No one a viable
4 th time waited for 3 hrs paid 2 k for an affidavit which they recommended for address proof
Next day went to Aadhar centerthey said not accepted . Kept calling them to give sol ution no response
6 k they have taken and done nothing not even bothered to call back and help .

Complete Frauds. Two years for updating of DL. Multiple reasons given for delays, but never was my original DL returned nor did they return fees that they took for service. Kindly stay away. Do not respond to phone calls once money was piad. Everyone in the office is clueless and only play blame game. I lost my money time and original document to these Touts.
I finally approached the RTO myself got an FIR as the original DL was not returned to be and was lost by them.
Finally got the DL through my own efforts.

Complete frauds.plz don't waste ur money and time by trusting these people. They take money in advance and don't complete the work. My husband's DL work has not been completed by them and it's been more than a year now. Neither they answer calls and in case they answer they keep on playing the blame game and make false promises. I guess a police complaint should be registered against them .
