Golmuri Post Office

I want to give them 00 out of 5 because postman cancels your delivery without going to your address. If you ask them they do arguments. Manoj mishra returned my pvc card to the sender without my concern. When I asked him why he did so? He said address was wrong while all my family members orders and other things come to the same address. But manoj mishra couldn't find my home. He didn't even contact me on my phone number. He directly returned my parcel to the sender. One of the staff of golmuri post office suggested me to re apply for the pvc card saying "it's charge is only 50 rupees". I just want to ask the head of this post office 1) Will you pay 50 rupees again & again for my pvc card? 2) Do you check how your staffs work? 3) how they behave with customers? 4) The postman (manoj mishra) was drunk in duty hours. 5) Are we customers fool or you all are making us? Thanks
