I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. They handled my study visa application few years ago and initially claimed that my visa was rejected. Without my consent, they reapplied and demanded additional money, saying that the owner's sister worked at IRCC in Vancouver and she provided a letter of recommendation for me. At that time, I trusted them and made the payment, but the entire situation felt suspicious.
Couple years after I learned from one of their former employees that my first application was actually rejected because they failed to upload all the required documents. This confirmed my doubts about their lack of professionalism and transparency.
To make matters worse, they created an email account to apply to schools on my behalf and then forgot the password. As a result, I lost access to important school information for several days.
I would never recommend this agency to anyone. Their handling of my case was careless, unethical, and misleading. Please be cautious before trusting them with something as important as your visa process and your money
