I am not sure why there are very less reviews, but it is 100x better than the previous passport office.
It has a photocopy machine inside which solves 90% of problems revolving around gathering documents. Rs. 2 per page!
Great parking spots around galaxy mall and sector 7, both 2 wheelers and cars.
Helmets can be carried to passport office and stored in another room.
Security, staff and infra are top notch quality compared to what we usually gets at India level.
I have went to previous and this new passport office and can say that this shift was way worth it, atleast for me.
