I have been associated with this consultancy for almost seven years, and I am currently living in the UK. Recently, I contacted them again to apply for a student visa. I have known Kautuk and Bhargav for many years and have never had any issues with them. However, the problem lies with the staff--particularly one staff member named Ravina--whose behaviour has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I had applied for a research programme, and for months, I was completely misled. Ravina never informed me that I was not selected for the research course. Instead, she kept giving me false hope, asked me to take IELTS, and continued to delay the truth. This is not just poor communication--it is negligence. Also , they are giving free coaching to IELTS but never informs us and asked us to do it from outside . Why ? I am certain the owners are unaware of how she treats clients, but this is exactly how consultancies lose trust. People working in consultancy should understand that we put our future in their hands. We work hard for our money; it doesn't come from trees. When staff misguide clients or lie to them for months, it is extremely unfair. It also appears that they are more focused on commissions from universities than on what is genuinely best for the applicant. We approached the consultancy for proper guidance, education opportunities, and transparent advice--not to be pressured into joining a master's programme just because it benefits them financially. It is very disappointing to see our aspirations and hard work being taken so lightly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the behaviour and service provided by Ravina and would like to formally raise a complaint. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to trust this consultancy with their children's or their own student visa files.

Very poor and unprofessional service. I gave my mother's visitor visa case to Sagar Consultant. They took full fees and handled the entire process--documents, forms, everything--but the visa was rejected. They have zero knowledge of how to prepare documents properly to avoid rejection. No understanding of visa rules, no guidance on how much fund to show, what to write in documents, or how to present the case. They just do basic paperwork without knowing the full A to Z process. Later, I went to another consultant and got the visa approved easily. Sagar Consultant wasted my time and money. Not recommended at all.
