Such unprofessional and dumb lady. She doesn't know her work .she hire dumb and novice assistants and make them do the work which they don't know and may be she is not paying them well enough to work properly. Because of them my mother's pr file got rejected. MOST OF ALL SHE IS NOT IRCC AGENT.she is doing without any degree or license. I learned my lesson do not give work without ircc license.chandni doesn't even know how to submit webform.and she takes clients from abroad and don't even pick up their calls and when she messed up with customers file she is not even ready to talk and block customers number. She is not serious about their clients please think before giving her any kind of visa related work. Her employees make spelling mistakes and birth date mistakes in file. They don't even know how to fill out IMM forms. And she is not even taking responsibility of her mistakes. Her webforms are not even reaching to ircc and she does not even know how to send and what kind confirmation we should get after sending webform.
