Fatehgunj Head Post Office

Was impressed to see the fully functional post office. Today it's 3rd Feb 2026. People are coming here for all sorts of services, from Parcel to Financial services. In this day and age of technology, it's all functional and people are using this that itself is an amazing thing to see and experience, Not many people will ever get to know the significance of this institute.

Please do not visit fatehgunj post office for your aadhar related work. The lady name Damor Nishthaben did the worst job and did not complete the application as per guidelines. I've given my original documents for verification but still my application got declined by saying that you have uploaded copy of the document. The lady did not scan the document and also did not capture the demographics update. Waste of my hard earned 75 rupees. They do not care as they are government employee and not doing their job properly. Hope karma teach them a lesson one day. I would insist each and everyone please do not visit this facility for your aadhar related work.

It is centralised post office. Staff is very supportive. It is providing many service like bank, fd, post, speed post. It is on the main road. Vehicle available any time to reach here. Parking space is also available.

Very poor management...the workers here's do very slow work..take more time than given in token number which waste my time..... don't even deserve 1 star rating at all.

One of the few post offices which work till late evening, as most of the post offices are shut by 3:30 PM. However sometimes the employees are a bit arrogant towards customers.

Poor service as well as delay in works, not much supportive. I had a very terrible experience.

I recently visited the post office and was assisted by Sonal Ben. Unfortunately, I experienced behavior that felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly. It would be great if employees could ensure respectful communication and better assistance to visitors. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for future customers.

So far 10 visit to close the account and still noting done. due to very inefficient working this is the kind of environment government sectors create and then we wonder why number of cases are high. See the pic on April 3rd how lines are being formed... Anybody who thinks banks shouldn't privatized, should visit this place. Worst service, incompetent staff(some are nice ppl) . You can never get anything done in one visit. Printers down, servers down, people down.... ironically I visited place four time just to get Internet baking and today finally everything is done but server is down. What a waste of national resources and taxpayers money . Please shut it down and give it to someone who knows how to run financial institutions
