I recently visited Union Trading Centre for my passport application and was impressed by the excellent service. The staff was professional and courteous, providing prompt and helpful responses to all my queries. The process was smooth and efficient, making my visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommend their services!

Paid parking is available in UTC, anyone coming for passport or bank work can easily park there. The parking fee is 10 for two-wheelers, 30 for rickshaws and 40 for four-wheelers.

The Union Trade Center is a decent place for business and shopping, but parking can be a hassle. They charge for two-wheelers and four wheelers, which feels a bit pricey. The parking area is cramped, and finding a spot during peak hours can be challenging. However, the location is central, and the amenities inside are satisfactory.

Why they are taking money for parking if they want write at owner's risk on receipt !

There are several offices in this building, but it's popular for PSK, Passport seva kendra. Clean and good building inside. Proper guard and parking facility available here.

One of the busiest place in Surat. It has lots of banks and the passport office so usually you will find the entrance of the building crowded. Parking facility is the issue with this commercial building. You have to park outside at your own risk.
