We recently completed 17 days trip to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi with the help of Patel Holidays. Lots of Thanks to Sailesh Padariya and Shyam Pabari who coordinated our trip, he ensured that every detail of our trip-from booking flights to 4-5 star hotels or resorts and arranging the travel guide was done perfectly. He even created whatsapp group for constant follow-up to ensure seamless trip. It was an absolutely our fantastic experience but some chaos had occur at our last destination. Still, We definitely would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hustle-free customized travel experience :)

We recently used this travel company to organise a 10-day trip to Sri Lanka, and overall we had a positive experience. They arranged all of our hotels and provided a driver for the full duration of the trip, which made everything feel easy and stress-free from the start. The accommodation choices were very good and some of the best we have ever stayed in, and having a dedicated driver meant we could relax and enjoy the journey without worrying about transport or directions. There was one issue when we arrived at a hotel and discovered that there was no booking in our name. While this was understandably stressful at the time, the travel company responded very quickly. Within a couple of hours they had resolved the situation, arranged an alternative hotel, and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. We really appreciated how efficiently they handled the problem and their effort to make up for the inconvenience. There was also a small miscommunication regarding our itinerary. We had specifically requested no planned itinerary, as we wanted flexibility. However, our driver had been instructed to take us to certain factories and museums and needed stamps to confirm visits. We didn't particularly want to visit those places, but we went along to ensure he wouldn't get into any trouble. This seemed to be more of a communication issue between us and the company rather than a fault of the driver. Speaking of the driver, he was very friendly, punctual, and we felt completely safe with him at all times. His driving was excellent and professional. He didn't speak a great deal of English, which occasionally made communication a little limited, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. All in all, this was a well-organised and enjoyable trip with just a couple of minor bumps along the way. We would still recommend the company, especially given how quickly they resolved the hotel issue and how smoothly the rest of the trip ran

Our group of 60 people traveled to Mahabaleshwar with Patel Holidays on a 3N/4D package. The tour was very well organized and enjoyable. Our booking was handled by Shivani Madam, and the overall management was excellent. The hotel, food, transportation, and services were all very good. Our tour guide, Kalpeshbhai, was extremely helpful and always available to resolve any on-the-spot queries, making the journey smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Patel Holidays and will definitely choose them again for future tours.

We had a great experience in Vietnam. Our tour was well planned by Mr. Shyam Pabari. All our doubts were solved and we were well informed about our tour. Hotels were good and guides were fluent in English. Overall our experience was good. Thank you Patel holidays for making our trip a memorable one.
