Very hectic day at PSK Rajkot. Process was going smooth but due to one negligence it took me 2 hrs to verify documents. Instead of taking print up to the current year on my Bank passbook, I had print up to 2024 only, due to which I was rejected at the B counter and then I was moved to the A counter. I went to the nearest SBI branch to get the latest transactions printed on my passbook, which took me 30-40 mins in the scorching heat of Rajkot. Then I came back to counter A, got to know my token had expired. Went back to the Tatkaal counter to get a fresh token. Then everything went smooth and I got the documents verified within 25 mins. I would say the staff are supportive and follow rules very strictly. I noticed Tatkaal tokens are processed at a good pace and given priority at the counter. Feedback was not mandatory, still a kiosk was put at the EXIT door; anyone can give feedback if they want. Mostly young staff handle the initial counters (Booking + A counter) and senior staff are at (B + C) counters. For Tatkaal they asked to take an additional page from the xerox guy who was standing in front of the PSK office. Also observed elderly people were given special attention by staff. There is no sitting spot for companion outside office,only person enrolled for passport is allowed inside , avoid taking any extra person with u, they will get tired standing outside heat

When we submitted our documents at the first counter, no one checked them properly. After making us wait for 2 hours, they told us that the original passport was required. This should have been informed at the beginning instead of wasting our time.

I was genuinely impressed with the service at the passport office. This was my first time experiencing such helpful and efficient service at a government office. I visited with my wife and our 15-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. Everyone was helpful, and I received unexpected assistance at every step. I think the fastest services i have ever got in my life, thank you , i had an appointment on 19th dec at 1:45 for passport renewal, i proceeded on right time, all the staff were so helpful and worked on my renewal very fast like in 9 min i was through all the process and at 1:55 i was out of the office. Thank you guys keep it up, and i forgot to mention that I received a sms today saying passport was dispatched.

Excellent and super quick service! Had my passport appointment today -- the whole process was completed smoothly within just 20-30 minutes. Staff was polite, cooperative, and everything was well-organized. Really impressed with the speed and professionalism. Great experience overall!

This Passport center is very fast & good staff - Full Process mention below - Document - Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving license, Voter Id, 10th or 12th mark sheet (Address & Date of birth Ke liye Any 2 ID chahiye) - Take 1 photocopy of all Documents - Note - Passport office mai he Photocopy ho jati hai( You have to pay for the copy, its not free) - 1 More thing - Take a latest E-Aadhar card print with all details (or you can take a print from passport office also but they charge 30rs Extra for this) Then its a easy process - See all Steps - Be on time as per appointment date & time - Security will help you there for the counter line(3 counters line is there) - At 1st Counter, Show your appointment msg or print(No print required) - They will verify all document & take your sign in all photocopies - They will provide you one token number which will be display on the TV screen( waiting Area mai wait karo till your number display) - Then 2nd Counters A1 to A10 mai se koi Counter Apke Token Number ke samne ayega, apko wo Counter pe Jana hai. - On 2nd Counter They again check your all documents & Take your Live Photo, finger prints & yaha pe apko kuch change karwana hai Passport mai to ap karwa sakte ho.(Then They will send you to 3rd Counter Waiting Area) - Then 3rd Counters B1 to B4 - Yaha pe bhi all document check hoga or normal question hoge apke work related.(Then They will send you to 4rd Counter Waiting Area) - Then Final 4th Counters C1 to C3 - Here they again check the photocopy & prints (After all these process ap ghar ja sakte ho apko Mail pe Confirmation mil jaega) This is very simple process - In my case total time duration was 1hour 20mins (all process take little time just follow the steps) All the very best
