US visa facilitation service center

I would like to report " Irritable and irrational behaviour " + Female favouritism done by one employee named " Navin Saha" who sit on counter no 2 In US visa area . . 1- He told me that our photos are not upto mark so I went to take new photos for our US visa application and then came back , I was standing beside one more person when I came back to submit new photos , that time he little bit rudely pointed at me and told me to sit down behind and not to stand till he call me . . I Sat on a chair . . A Young beautiful lady comes after me (She was after our turn everywhere even in taking photo ) , she was also standing on the same place where I was standing , yet This employee Mr Navin Saha took her photographs An submitted it with a smile ,instead of telling her to sit in queue ( She was supposed to Submit photos after our work is done ) === Female favouritism . . 2- One old person brought a bit yellowish A4 page , he told him In a very rude way to go to front desk and get new page ( Are bhai tum shaanti se bhi bol sakte ho unko, ) = Irritable and frustrating behaviour of employee 3- Illegitimate voice ( Many a times it is difficult to understand what he speaks ) 4 - When I handed over my photos , he returned them back at me and says to remove them from cover and give ( Why ?? Can't u even do that to help a customer ? He happpily took whole cover of photos of that beautiful lady and removed photo himself , but he orders other customer ( Me, ) to hand him over photo from packet ) You can check your CCtV of time 1:30 to 2:15 pm if you want to investigate my allegations . . I request VFS global manager to look into matter personally . ( all other staff of yours at other counter all seems nice and polite , except This man Mr Navin Saha , Need to Send him to Vipassna meditation / Personality coaching class too learn workplace etiquette's .
