We went on a 6 day tour to Kutch. For our travel we requested THE NAVIGATORS to arrange for a vehicle. Lopa, from The Navigators, understood all our needs for travel and accordingly gave us multiple options. We finalized a tempo traveller. The Navigators, spelled out clearly all the charges that would be applicable upfront. All the negotiations were on WhatsApp with reasonable turnaround time. We requested videos and photos of the vehicles which were provided promptly. The actual journey was great. Nayanbhai Dave, was very compassionate, excellent driving. He never drove rashly and was always ready on time. He took great care of all of us and had a cool head. Vehicle was also in decent condition and most important shock absorbers were good. Planning my trip to Japan with The Navigators was my first experience with the agency for bookings.
