SPG EMPRESSA ---. The biggest issue is parking--there is no proper parking for four-wheelers and no proper parking for two-wheelers either. Parking is so badly managed that if you bring a new two-wheeler here, it will start looking 50 years old within months, covered in scratches and damage because of the cramped and careless parking arrangement. The building management is extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of solving problems, they create more. Every morning from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, one lift is forcefully stopped, which causes huge inconvenience especially during office hours. On top of that, the lifts are poorly maintained. Due to heavy load and bad management, the lift stops working almost every 15 days, creating safety concerns and daily inconvenience. Overall, very bad experience. Poor parking, rude management, and unreliable lifts make this building not worth .

Building is really nice only problem is with the parking.

It is a upcoming iconic business hub near Mithakhali Cross Roads which will surely suit all required needs for all types of Businesses.

It's a very nice complex, with good lift service.
