I had booked my dubai with abudhabi for my family with shaan travel solution.on Before booking i contacted many other reputed operator of Ahmedabad. But detail explanation and cost effective guidance provided by Shishavbhai was best. Also rate offered was most competitive. Hotel admiral plaza in bur Dubai was great suggestion as it is centrally located. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel in crown plaza in yas Island was again excellent choice. Car allotted for transportation for visiting attraction was very specious and according to our needs. Drivers were polite. For any questions and query reply from Shaan travel was excellent . I just need to give suggestion one is for schedule and tickets of attraction should be given well in advance so customer can plan his next day accordingly Secondly to tickets of attraction to be booked in such a manner that customer should not be in stress.Drivers should be trained to be ready to wait for more time than they had informed because in dubai there is lot of walking and you get tired. Other things they should drop and pick you at nearest point as in our many times we were dropped far and asked to return same point as there were no parking. If any additional charges for pick and drop at main point of attraction it should be informed to customer. Cars and driver were keep changing so we had to carry our outing luggage every where and some time pay locker charges.Normally same car and driver should be there for full day to avoid such issues. This were points which requires improvement other wise for shaan travel i am very happy as i had one of the best tour of my life.

We are really happy with the service. The stay was really great and the wow factor just enhanced the whole thing. The travel to the hotel and to the way home was also very comfortable. The trip was well organised.

We went for the Honeymoon trip to Bali organised by Shaan Travels and it was awesome. We enjoyed a lot. And the planning was so good that we didn't get tried at all. The travel plan was soo good that we were able to enjoy both villa and the resort along with the Bali's scenery. Also the biggest thing was the SUPRISE candle light dinner included in the itinerary that too at a 5star resort . Thank you very much to Shaan travels to make our honeymoon so memorable .
