Poor service experience - would not recommend SM Digital I had a very disappointing experience with SM Digital and would advise others to avoid this centre. They charge 350 for a simple Aadhaar address change, which I was fine paying. I provided the correct address, and they typed wrong address and sent it to me for confirmation - it was a typo. Unfortunately, I missed the error at the time, and the incorrect address was printed on my Aadhaar card. When I later went to update my husband's address, they made the same typo again. Thankfully, I caught it this time before submission. They made a fuss about correcting it but eventually fixed it. In total, I paid 700 for two address changes and spent considerable time following up for basic accuracy. When I requested them to rectify my incorrectly printed address (which was clearly their mistake), they refused and asked for an additional 150 to fix it. Overall, the service quality is very poor, and it feels like customers are being overcharged for errors made by the centre itself. For comparison: * Bodakdev Aadhaar centre charges only 75, is much quicker, and was nearly empty. * My son's biometric update there was free of cost. Save your time and money -- there are far better and more ethical centres available.

Many govt work done here like aadhar card, passport, election card, Ayushman card etc. Work is good but need follow up calls. After getting reply "will call back soon" took 2-3 hrs.

They have been the most unprofessional and pathetic service I have ever experienced. Even after submitting my documents online, I waited more than 10 days, kept calling repeatedly, and yet the uneducated ladies in the center didn't even bother to call me back or submit my details to the Passport office. They completely ignored my urgent request and treated my case with zero seriousness or responsibility. Such negligence and careless attitude is unacceptable. They are highly irresponsible, unreliable, and only wasting people's valuable time. Nobody should ever approach them for passport services - they are nothing a disgrace to customer service.

Worst service ever never trust them they are just intrested in money only Every time we call they say mam avilable nahi ha I am calling them continuously for 2 days and they are saying mam nahi . Bhai mem nahi ha dhandha bhand kar do na . Never trust

My Aadhaar address was not getting updated, so no one told me that you can update the Aadhaar address through S M Digital Seva Good Work
