Rao Consultants

My experience with Rao Consultancy has been extremely disappointing. I had to cancel my Germany Opportunity Card application due to serious family medical issues, and I only requested a partial refund -- allowing them to deduct charges for the work completed. Despite this, I received no proper communication, no timely updates, and no support from the team. At the time of enrollment, they clearly stated that refunds are processed in genuine cases, but they have not stood by their own words. Additionally, Tejal Shah, the consultant handling my case, made false promises at the time of enrollment regarding refund eligibility and support. Unfortunately, those commitments were not honored when I genuinely needed assistance. Their lack of professionalism, delayed responses, false assurances, and poor commitment to clients are unacceptable. I would advise others to be very cautious before enrolling.

My experience with this consultancy has been extremely bad and mentally exhausting. I am sharing this as a warning based on my personal experience. The representatives I dealt with -- Mohhuddin Lamba, Aman Shah, Jaswant Kanojiya, and Nikhil Padhiyar -- repeatedly assured me that my Canada job search program would be completed within 6 months as per contract. Even after 2 years, barely 20% of the work has been done. I had to continuously remind them to even start or continue the job search process. Most of the time there was no response from staff or management. Whenever I visited the office, they made fresh promises like "job within 1 month," but nothing actually moved forward. Instead of service, I only received excuses and delays. For the last two years, I have been chasing them just to complete the program I already paid for. Very poor coordination, no accountability, and completely unprofessional handling of clients. Please be very careful and verify everything in writing before trusting such commitments.

Very very very bed company for me because they need only money. thay have taken full amount from me of Rs 93000 for portugal job seekar visa and then sign agreement with me and reply that please check vfs portal regularly for visa appointment.I have paid fees in November,then I came to know that portugal ambassy stop the scheme in December.so I approach them but they told me that it's wrong news so please wait.I am still waiting.its almost 2 year gone.Now as per agreement they told me that your time is complited we can't do anything for you and also not give your money back as per agreement.

I would have given 0/5 rating but the system didn't allow that. If I call my experience with Rao Consultants highly frustrating that would be an understatement. Once you make the payment, Rao Consultants stops taking you seriously. My wife's SOWP was handled by Tisha, who barely responded and when she did, it was only to say she'll "get back," which almost never happened. When I escalated to her senior, Gunjan, he was just as inefficient as Tisha. Overall, its an endless cycle of follow ups with no reasonable results. You end up wasting your energy and more importantly, time. But thanks to Rao Consultants, because of them, I was compelled to learn about all the nuances of Canadian SOWP application by watching endless hours of youtube videos and reaching out to friends/ individuals (who recently applied). I ended up applying myself. Overall, I found Rao Consultants to be Gujarat centric, poorly managed, and unprofessional group that completely lacks coordination, transparency, and respect for clients' time and money.

The worst ever service experience. Consultants and their manager don't pick the call. I never got satisfactory answer on my queries. They just try to end the call with some random timelines and never get back on it. I had an application for my mother's Supervisa for Canada and even after making 100% payment in July 2025, the file is still not submitted. All the required documents were submitted to them. After that, there is ZERO communication on next steps. Whenever I call consultants (Bhumika and Trisha) they never pick the call. When tried to escalate to their manager (Gunjan), he always comes up the answer that consultant will call in next 10 mins, but that call never happens. Totally frustrating experience. Now, I'll be ending up doing the entire process of my own.

Very Disappointing Experience with Rao Consultation I don't usually write reviews, but I've had such a frustrating experience with Rao Consultation that I feel people should know before trusting them with something as important as a visa. I gave them my documents for a Canada Visitor Visa in June 2025. I paid the full amount the same month, and they clearly told me my file would be processed and submitted within 15 days. It's now been over two months and till today, nothing has been done. I've been visiting their office regularly, asking for updates, calling, and messaging. Every single time, I'm told, "We'll update you by the end of the day." But no one actually calls back. It's just been excuses and delays nonstop. I even spoke directly to their Director, Mr. Gunjan, hoping to get some clarity. But honestly, that was no help either he said the same thing, "We'll get back to you," and then disappeared like the rest of the team. What's most frustrating is how careless and unprofessional they've been. They took my money, made big promises, and then just left me hanging. No updates, no progress, no communication. It's been mentally draining and a huge waste of time. To anyone thinking of going with Rao Consultation please think twice. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did. There are better, more reliable consultants out there who actually care about your case. Sadly, Rao Consultation isn't one of them.

Paras gajjar and asmita gajjar, We had an excellent experience at the rao Visa Institute. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided us step-by-step in preparing for visa application.Their professionalism and dedication to their clients, especially Kinjal dave Ma'am, she was so supportive & helpful ,kinjal Ma'am always ensuring that we had all the necessary documents and information. Thanks to her work and expertise to received visa without any issues.

Kinjal was taking care of my parents US visitor visa application. From the beginning of application, paperwork, mock interviews, arrangement of file and every process she handled smoothly maintaining the professionalism. My parents visa was approved and she updated us when and how passport will be delivered. All timely updates were received from Kinjal through out the process. Great appreciable service from Kinjal. Keep it up Kinjal and Rao. More to achieve. All the very best...!!!
