The entry and parking area is clean and well maintained , making it very convenient for visitors. The security staff is also polite and helpful , ensuring smooth entry and guidance. Inside, the reception area looks very professional with a modern desk and branding . The elevators are fast and the lobby is spacious with beautiful flooring and lighting . The office spaces here are ideal for IT companies, startups, and corporates . The atmosphere feels very professional yet comfortable, with proper ventilation and natural lighting . Landscaping with greenery and flowers adds a refreshing touch to the environment . Connectivity is another big plus point . So, I initially went there with the intention of checking out the offices, but let me tell you, I was completely blown away by the breathtaking ambiance of the building! It was like stepping into a whole new world of beauty and wonder. Every corner was filled with such positive vibes and a sense of awe-inspiring creativity. I couldn't help but be captivated by the overall environment! Truly an unforgettable experience that left me in absolute awe! Oh my wanderlust! This area is an absolute dream! Impeccably maintained and exquisitely neat, it's like stepping into a picture-perfect postcard. Newly constructed skyscrapers, PNTC is a well-maintained corporate hub with modern facilities, spacious offices, a professional ambience & planty of parking space!

PNTC is a well-maintained corporate building with a range of office sizes, from small to large. The maintenance team does a commendable job, and there are plenty of cleaning staff to keep the place tidy. However, there are some significant issues that need addressing. Firstly, the balconies are locked, which is understandable, but it seems they are used by some people to spit after chewing gutkha. This is quite unpleasant. Moreover, there are no dustbins on the ground floor, which forces people to throw garbage on the floor. This seems like a deliberate oversight to charge penalties for littering, which is quite frustrating and unfair. While the maintenance team is quick to penalize those who throw garbage on the ground floor, they do not seem to take any action against those who spit on the balconies. This double standard is very disappointing and needs to be addressed to improve the overall experience at PNTC.
