Manekbag Sub Post Office

From Post Master (PB Vishal bhai Patel to all front staff) Excellent, polite and very efficient. I came to Ahmedabad after 25 years of abroad living, went with my 84 years old aunt, with no idea of new system, how it works they got it all done. Only thing branch need more staff as it's too busy and customers don't have patience and try to breathe high on Post office unnecessary. Token System for que will be better idea to avoid verbal conflict Viral Mehta /Pushpa Trivedi

I was there last week for posting a international letter to USA. From eight to ten staff only one was working. Everybody else sitting idle, making loud jokes and laughing very loudly, doing nothing productive. Line was about 8 people, but post office employee was working extremely slow like in slow motion. It took nearly 1 hour until my turn came. Second counter for letter and parcel was closed. All other counters were for useless services like banking, pension , cash, which nobody uses. They were empty. I never waited this long in a post office in India or any foreign country. Entire staff of this Manekbagh Post Office should be fired, without the right for any finacial compensation or pension.

This is for Mr Rohini baba deewan,who delivered our passport at our residence. At Vastrapur....rare to find such honest dedicated employee that too in postal services..Keep it up..

Third class service not delivering speed post although we are available at home. They close the parcel with mentioned house locked without attempting.

Be careful when yoy take your cash money from cash counter. . Please count your money at window. one of male staff take my 500 from my total amount.. my mistake is i didn't count at window front of him. Also after giving me cash immediately he stand up and gonna from his seat ... so if I count at window his presence was not there. That's his trick.. so be careful.

There people are soo slow. That guy who does speed post work is more slow than a tortoise. Their service is worst.. literally worst.
