UTTERLY INCOMPETENT, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS SERVICE. Adroit Immigration doesn't even have the basic skill to correctly fill an online Canada PR (CEC) application. They calculated our CRS score wrong, and even after we told them repeatedly that our score was higher, they did not bother to recheck. I had a very disappointing experience with Adroit Immigration for my son's Canada PR application. The application was handled incorrectly and unprofessionally, with serious mistakes that should never happen from an immigration consultancy. Because of their wrong guidance and improper filing, we missed a genuine chance of getting Canada PR. This has caused not only emotional stress but also wasted time. I literally had to sit in their office and force them to fill the form line by line, only then did they realise their mistake. By that time, we had already lost our genuine chance of getting Canada PR. The branch manager lady is completely incompetent, does not know anything, and merely receives calls. The main person is always "busy" -- never answers calls, never reverts, always in a hurry. Instead of handling existing clients responsibly, they seem more focused on opening new branches to lure and fool more people. This company is playing with the future of prospective candidates. Avoid at all costs. I strongly warn anyone considering Canada PR: do NOT trust Adroit Immigration. Verify everything yourself or choose a competent, ethical consultant -- this firm is neither. EDITED after the reply from ADROIT IMMIGRATION- I can give the FACTS that we missed the INVITATION because of their negligence. My son's score was 518 as of SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 and the draw on SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 with a CRS score of 509. Had they updated the profile properly, my son would have received the INVITATION to APPLY (ITA). We asked them to update the SCORE as when we calculated it was arriving at 518 and when he calculated the score it was arriving at 509. We were damn sure that it is some blunder on their side. So visited their office and made them fill the FORM in front of us and then he agreed that it was their mistake for not filling the form properly. But by that time already the draw was OUT and we missed the opportunity. He did not even knew till then that it was his mistake and advised us to call IRCC and he also send the WEBFORM that why we have not received the invitation. He explained that it is a glitch in the IRCC website. In fact the real reason was that they did not know how to fill the form and update the CRS SCORE because of lack of proper knowledge. I have all the proofs and screenshots, whoever wants to see or talk to me. And by replying to this comment they are trying to prove their innocence by hiding the facts and ranting reasons of COVID and score going high and no consultants can give guarantee. LAME EXCUSES. They are trying to hide the fact by lame excuses that we did not receive the invitation but they did not gave the REAL reason that why we missed the invitation. So again I warn all to be careful before handing over their case to this company.
