The appointment time is not followed by the staff. I was given appointment for 2.15 pm however I was made to sit for 1 hour in waiting area why? Because the concerned apo who was supposed to check the documents was supposedly gone for lunch for more than 1 hour. Also they ask for additional documents which is no where mentioned in the document advisory-passport website. The website clearly said to bring PVC Aadhaar Card/Complete Original Aadhaar Letter/ e-Aadhaar Card with digital signature verified mark issued by UIDAI or Aadhaar Card. When I showed them the complete original adhar letter they refused to accept it and insisted that I should get e verified adhar print of current date anything else is unacceptable and shockingly this was done at the B counter after everything was checked at A counter and I was told to either get it then and there or take some other date for appointment. When I insisted what is mentioned in the website the lady sitting at B counter refused outrightly and said we don't know what is there on the website we are doing what we have been told. This was done after I had already waited for 2.5 hours. This whole process took 3.30 hours and was quite tedious.

The process was so smooth you just need to have proper documents and their xerox copies. Clean and hygienic place with so supportive staff who would even guide you for small details. I went there for address change and got everything done within 30mins. Kudos to the entire team.

PSK service is good. I had a Appointment at 10.30AM. But that time link was fail. So we need to wait of half an hour. After that process was fast. And it takes hardly 30 min to complete the process.. Passport Service Point is easily visible from Ashiana Digha Road; you turn to Digha direction at pillar no 35 of the flyover or from the northern direction, take an auto at Alpana theatre. I accompanied a friend to this place. Online appointment is made which you take on your mobile. Be sure to take all relevant documents with copies clearly imprinted and yes, food supplements and water, as the process may take about 4 hours. The whole procedure is fairly well-organised. However the waiting room in the basement should be spruced up: insufficient chairs, dirty, things broken up etc. The sign board is small and hardly visible from the read. The entry is by a side gate that opens up into a lane that is dirty and all broken up. The main road in front, is rather narrow and the traffic, heavy.

On the positive side, their communication was clear, and they were available to answer my questions promptly. They also helped me understand which documents were needed for my specific case, which made the process stress-free.
