Very Bed Experience, Befor 2 Months ago I have applied Tatkal passport and i have complete my physical document verification within two days but they are put my file on hold agin two time i am submit my qualification certificate they are missing my document not upload in there online system. I ask the employee they are not understand actually what i ask them. They don't want to listen anything from customer, Still i am writing this msg not recived my passport my file on hold actually they are not want help castomer. I thing highly need to train stuff to understand customer satisfactory.. Feeling Very Bad and to Angry with the Office bearer

I was applied 1month ago by Tatkaal from Tezu Lohit District.. My appointment location was itanagar.. ...i got paasport within 15 days but my police verification is still pending.. It's not done.. I got mail for police verification 23 March...I also ask to RPO office Guwahati.. They said they are already sended to SP office Tezu... But i was call and ask for paasport verification letter.. They told didn't get. When we get.. We call you... They mention itanagar..but i want to contact but call is not connected to itanagar RPO.. That's why I give review .. Can please.. Send police verification letter to Tezu. As well as possible... .. Tatkaal ka toh jldi hona chaiye.. Please do fast work... Government employees bohot late krte hai

It's been six months and my wife hasn't recieved her passport till now .. passport was applied on the 10th of October 2019 at itanagar passport seva kendra and today is 16th march 2020 but there is no any update about the passport.. even after all the verification has been cleared still it's taking so long .. it doesn't takes so long to recieve a passport.. pls look into this matter and hope I recieve an update ..

Well adequate office with very well mannered and efficient staff. Scheduled my appointment online and verification was done the next day itself. Finiding the office might be a bit tough, it is within the State Central Library Complex Ganga Near Akashdeep.

No board on gate so if you are going for first time and taking help of Google maps ,then it may be confusing,ask some one ,people are very good and cooperative,better to visit early hours,

The staff was helpful and efficient enough. Seats should be increased to accommodate more applicants.

Pathetic service..I was given a appointment for 9:45 and time of reporting 9:30, reached at 8:30 but the staff opened the office only at 10:00 and then their processing only started at 10:15 , then their printer was not working..I have given 1 star coz thre is no lower ranking than this...
