Office of Director Postal Service

I went to post a parcel at this place and I am satisfied with the service they have provided to me. Official were polite and helpful too. I had a good experience about this particular Post Office. There were waiting chairs available for visitors. Also, the counter areas were sufficiently large enough for free movement. Lightening ambient in the area were also up to mark . Now negatives: Firstly, No Parking place for four wheeler available within the compound. There were no any provision for Person with Disability (PwD) like wheelchair accessible entrance, door or parking available; which they must have provided! Washroom! No washroom either; which is a most important amenities in any governmental building. But overall I like the place so I have rated 4 out of 5.

Ph itanagar is very p.or bad services And their workers and postal services man are very extremely lazy

they were not delivering my parcel , it was supposed to reach pashighat but it did not moved from itanagar . But don't worry guys if you are having any trouble just record it and post your problem on twitter mentioning the details and make sure to tag indian postal services account . they helped me out and they will surely help you out. i'll upload the screenshot for proof just make sure you respected taxpayers money should not go wasted

Worst branch ever...those staff that works in parcel centre don't have a 1% decent amount to talk with people...and Worst they won't call you nor will they know the location even though you have provided all the information very neatly...they still won't know and will just send your parcel back they did this 2 time in one month to me...and when I ask them about it they didn't gave me any useful information yet they were laughing as if I was invisible to them with Vimal in their mouth...what kind of service is that? I didn't even wanted to give them 1 to be honest because they don't deserve it...they made me go from Bank Tinali PO to R.K.Mission PO...only to tell me that my parcel has been redirect to somewhere...and the audacity to lie about phone call...they didn't call me and i have shown them that too still they were laughing those Freaking staff of parcel Field

My speed post parcel is stuck for the past 15days and im trying to contact them but no response. I somehow want my parcel. Please help or I will have to take public help

My parcel for bank of baroda debit card has been stuck since last 2 months and while tracking my consignment no. The postal staff always says your parcel is in itanagar wait for one week I say ok by it is going to be 3 months I'm helpless and hopeless anyone please do something about it
