Appointment was booked for PCC at 11:15 AM. The team was good and nice people. After submitting all documents, we were asked to wait for more than 1 hour without any proper explanation. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. We went with our 2-year-old child, and my wife is 7 months pregnant, yet there was no consideration. Appointments are limited and scheduled daily, so there is no justification for such delays. Time management at Nellore Passport Seva Kendra is need to be addresses and this issue seriously needs to be addressed. I would like to kindly suggest increasing the staff strength from 2 to at least 4, as I observed that many applicants are experiencing waiting times of nearly 1 to 2 hours. Several people travel from villages, and there are also elderly applicants. Given the limited waiting space and lack of adequate seating, additional staff would significantly improve the overall experience and reduce inconvenience

In Nellore Passport office one lady officer is there, she is very rude to applicants who came to verification at passport office. Previous I went to Ongole Passport office. At there officers are very friendly and giving proper information. But, in Nellore Because of that one lady officer. I felt very discomfort. She don't know how to talk properly and how to give respect to other people.

I came to here for verification but they are not following as per slots. They are randomly picking the applications and doing as per one lady officer recommendation. She is very harsh to applicants.

One lady officer is there, she don't even follow the timings and don't know how to behave with applicants.

Waited for more than 4 hrs even with appointment. Only two employees are working, location is under staffed and they dont follow any slot, randomly take files and complete it. So there is always a rush.

Good . Much convenient for Nellore people, instead of going Tirupati , we are getting service in home town. Good initiative by government Very fast service and cooperation by staff is very good

Well maintained good and polite staff coordination and maintaining all covid protocols and safety, hygiene practices
