I won't recommend this POPSK, even though we have all the documents they simply denied that they'll not allow to process for the passport. Instead asked to reschedule to some other PSK. When I said that the passport customer care also said it is fine. Still they denied doing it and insisted to reschedule for other location. Not sure why these guys are getting salaries for doing nothing. Because of this my plans got postponed and had to go far off place with an infant to get the passport done. Better remove this centre.

The post office in Nellore is the biggest and always crowded. All government related services & schemes are available in this post office. Recently, register post services are also available here from half past four to eight o'clock in the evening. My intention is that online services should be speedy in such post offices which are constantly crowded. As far as I have observed in many post offices, the printer is printing very slowly and the operator is suffering because of this. Such small tasks take a lot of time. I think if a little advance technology is developed it will be more profitable in post office.

Right beside the district collectrate office.Very fast and quick service and proactive employees.COVID precautions are in place like markings to maintain the distance. Face mask is mandatory.Agents were seen across the post office to assist the customers I assume.Enough parking space for two wheelers for the locality

One of the best postal service compared to all the postal offices in India.
The employees in this postal service will always be so busy and they won't even have time to address the queries of the customers.
So harsh while speaking over call. Not sure why they were so frustrated and can't speak properly at all.

Full of Time waste. Too much waiting time. There is shortage of staff. Banking here is waste concept. Because we need to keep signature too many times. They will charge amount even though there mistake will be. For adding nomination to SB account they charged Rs: 60. It is their mistake then also they charged.

Post office center is good, But aadhar correction section is so poor. The employee in the cabine is so lazy that searching for reasons not to work ...I came at 9 Am from morning he is searching for reasons like..his co employee not came, Computer is not switching on, Internet is not working, Server down, ....Lunch time ...His co-employee still eating...He went for lunch & came at 2:30 pm...He took application & told come tomorrow that he is busy with some other work given by his superior. ...Next day same drama....he made me wait behind his office for straight 3 days..

Fake postoffice never works - they will start work at 10.30 - 12.30 and breaks for one hour and starts at 2.00 pm and ends at 3pm no work at all just sleeping no response at all I never seen worst post office in life for these timing they are getting good salary and enjoying
