Samson coordinated the trip, local transfers and tickets for us.. Abhijit at Havelock took excellent personal care and arranged cabs and boat rides so seamlessly. Although there are crowds, the Jettys are streamlined. Everything was like clockwork and very straightforward. Highly recommended for travels. So far, I've booked the following services through them for my upcoming Andaman trip next month: 1. Ferry tickets to Havelock and back 2. Tickets and permits for Jolly Buoy Island 3. Airport cab transfer Booking the ferry tickets was a breeze--the interface is well-designed and intuitive. This seems to be one of the most popular services on their site. For other bookings like day tours and cab transfers, you select the service on their portal and submit your name, email, and phone number. Their team responds quickly with payment details and a secure link. You can also reach out via WhatsApp or phone, and I've found their support team to be prompt and helpful. What I found nice was that they also provide rates for a customized tour that suits you but is not listed on their website.
