Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK)

I recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra in Andaman, and I'm pleased to share my experience. The center is well-organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Despite the occasional crowd, the process is efficiently managed, ensuring that everyone is attended to in a timely manner. The staff members are not only professional but also approachable, making the entire experience stress-free. They guide applicants through each step with clarity and patience, which significantly reduces any confusion. Passport Seva Kendra in Andaman and Nicobar Islands is located near Marina park. It is an extension of Aberdeen post office adjacent to the place where Durga Puja is celebrated. After doing online activities for passport through passportindia.gov.in documents are verified and applied for passport. The staff members are very kind and cooperative. I was guided through entire process and documents required for processing. I extend my gratitude to Abhishek, staff at POPSK Port Blair for the guidance.

When you will enter nobody will inform you what to do... You have to verify your document from one guy (currently a male) and they will issue token number on the basis of that you will be called.... I don't know how the system works here... No information board nothing.

It appears they are closed on Saturdays. I went today ( 2march 2024) was told they are closed. People visiting on Saturday keep this in mind. Eventhough in Google it shows they are open.
