CMOH Office, Siuri, Birbhum

Made new good building. Bad experience. I have to want medical report. All reports are ok. But he told me to give 150/_. It is badly experience for me.

This is the CMOH office of Birbhum. Near siuri police station and beside of SBI suri branch.

No they did not ask for a bribe. One star because there is a lady who thinks herself to be Queen Victoria- no professionalism- does not do her homework and along with that lady four five more useless officers nodding their heads with that lady. Here is the incident: My mother Ranjana Mitra took two vaccines but offline and lost the receipts she received(anyways for the second dose she did not get any receipt). Now she needs a vaccine certificate as a proof and since vaccines have been taken offline- there is no cowin downloadable certificate. I called the cowin helpline and the guy was very nice and asked me to contact either cmoh Bardhaman or cmoh Siuri. We thought since Birbhum is our district, going to be cmoh Siuri should help us. My mom and dad went there- terribly harassed by a group of four five males and one female who needs to know - a) what their duties are b) how to talk to human-beings. The lady absolutely has no idea about what she does and blabbers that we need to go to siuri general hospital(since second dose mom took over there). Why siuri hospital? I don't have a proof for the second vaccine. What will that result to? Plain harassment. Anyways one guy called Gautam was kind enough and helped. The DM needs to really take notice what happens within his campus. Absolutely incompetent, rude, good for nothing workers at CMOH, Siuri.
