Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality Head Office is supposed to be the center for important work like student domicile certificates, land dispute settlements, health and locality development. But honestly, the experience here is far from smooth. The office looks outdated and maintenance is poor, with files scattered and counters not properly organized. Staff presence is there, but they are often slow in responding and the guidance is not clear for first-time visitors. Simple tasks like form submissions or document verification take unnecessary extra time. Health and locality management decisions are made here, but one can hardly see strong implementation in the surrounding areas. Overall, it works because it has to, not because it's efficient or citizen-friendly. Thank You

No one receive call on emergency, terrible condition. They always ask for money to do simple works, poor management and disgusting behaviour.

Worst service.behaviour is so bad with common people

The place is a gov building... And as we all know this worn out buildings are common to our sight... They remind us of gov sectors... But giving an honest citizen only few officials work with proper efficiency... Some show that they r working and the rest just don't care of what is happening around... The environment is heated always... But some officials are truly humble

This Pond in front of our house was once a natural reservoir of rain water. But now it has been converted into sewage drainage of nearby constructions, Municipality cleaners are dumping garbage into it. Instead of connecting sewage line to main sewage line, Municipality is draining sewage water into this pond. Now this is a mosquito breeding place, creating foul smell in the area and polluting underground water. This has been informed to Municipality but they are more concerned about saving money rather than public health in the area. This is a serious environmental and health concern now, but getting no response from the Municipality to rectify this issue.
