Booked tour for Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. Got the information of the travel from website. The behaviour of Anjan Da is really good. Always available over phone. The condition of the car provided by the travel agent is very good. The hotels are good and the spread of breakfast and dinner is also nice. Anjan Da called up every day during tour to know whether everything was okay or not. Even after reaching home he also called up which is something new to me. I really enjoyed the trip. Thanks Anjan Da.

One of the worst travels we have experienced in our lifetime. Never recommend to anyone who wants a memorable and peaceful trip. Very unprofessional and rude service. We paid full amount in advance for our trip to Kolkata, Sikkim and Darjeeling which includes stay. Also paid Rs.5000 extra for Nathula pass. It was closed and they had not even informed us. When asked for refund they said will see what they can do and yes it's closed.. Finally returned only Rs.4000 and deducted Rs.1000 because we already paid in full.
The stays were all 2 stars with no heaters in any of the stays and we had to pay extra in every hotel for heaters. When asked they said it's not included.
The cab drivers were different every day and so unprofessional and rude.. They did not cover all the places mentioned in the package as well saying it's getting late to cross the border.

It was an honest review, amra 5 jon giechilam zuluk tour e for 4 night 5 days total per head without train fare 7500 and oxygen own expenses and must say all homestay's are absolutely awesome except the aritar food and hospitality and the caretaker ignored our call back to back otherwise all are good and awesome, especially the ramdhura homestay view room and food behaviour hospitality top notch, also zuluk view and food room fatafati, overall we really enjoyed throughout the tour last one the driver Dawa, he is so cooperative and lastly the nature canvas travel tour agency dada, for him we enjoyed the full tour. Thank you nature canvas travel for the guidance.

However, there were some miscommunication between pickup driver and tour operator. Nature has to work on this to improve their services.
