Had a very good time with family. The view and ambience is outstanding. Super satisfying Kanchenjunga View. Staff behaviour is excellent. They are friendly and respectful. Good food good vibes. Well maintained clean property. Room are cozy clean with ultra comfortable bed warmers , excellent breakfast buffet. Special thanks to you guys ishaan , Pinki & Kylrine.

It's a nice cosy resort located at delo hill near the top with a view that is so awesome. It's almost 200 degree wide open view comprising kalimpong city, takdah, tinchule, peshok, Darjeeling, tiger hill to sikim hills and amazing kanchenjunga with peaks till nathula and north Sikkim. On a clear day, it's vastness will mesmerize you. The rooms are cozy and well decorated, but a little small to our liking, otherwise all thevrooms have balcony where you can sit all day and watch different colours at different times of the day. Bathroom was big with all essential modern amenities including geyser. Bed has bed warmer. Wifi has good strength during our stay. Most beautiful of all was the restaurant area with vast open terrace. The food was delicious and fresh. Prices are towards higher side, for example any chicken dish is approx Rs 350 which is acceptable but the price of a cup of tea is 89 per cup and coffee is 150/cup which is too high, and I request the managing team to keep it affordable so that customers can enjoy the tea often in such a cold weather. Also a give shout out to Awaz who tried everything to make our short stay memorable in every possible way! Overall I highly recommend this amazing place and it will be one such resort that should visit before you die!!!

The staff, led by the warm-hearted manager, went above and beyond - personalized tea recommendations, quick fixes to minor requests, and genuine smiles that make you feel like family. They even arranged a surprise bonfire under the stars. The crown jewel? The sky deck views of Kanchenjunga! Waking up to sunrise painting the snow-capped peaks in golden hues was breathtaking. Clear days offered panoramic vistas that left us speechless - perfect for photos and quiet reflection. Highly recommend for couples or solo travelers seeking peace amid the Himalayas. We'll be back!

I was there with my family n I had a Great Holiday.The place with Great ambience n view of kanchanjanga is amazing. Staff will always there to help you out . Great Hospitality with Good Food. We stay there for 2days n we tried every cousine every time the food n service was tooo good. Who ever planning to go kalimpong must visit in Delo Retreat once.

One of the finest hotels in Kalimpong area with great view & hospitality. Rooms are good and spacious. Had a wonderful exp. Will always recommend this place to everyone and would myself love to revisit again.

Visited there for 2 days. Enjoyed the Premium and Junior suite rooms. We were lucky to get the view of the peak on 2nd day morning. Takes 3.5 hrs from Bagdogra airport including a short break at Chaasam to try their awesome Momos. Pls ask for a room heater and extra amenities if needed. Shaan, the manager was very helpful to plan the trip since we visited from overseas. We spend most of the time at the deck of the skygrill cafe. Just a tip that don't think too much about selecting the rooms since all rooms have the view and you will we spending most of the time at the deck. Staff will get 5* for their honest hospitability.
