Travelling abroad always comes with a lot of uncertainties and when travelling with a child the uncertainties are compunded manifold. Will my child be able to travel comfortably? Will I be able to get early check-in facility to at least sleep a few hours after a long flight? Thanks to our Tour Operator, Mr. Ujjal Das, who made sure that a few VERY important issues were resolved, as they arose, prior to and during our 10 day tour of Vietnam - 1. First and foremost, our major concern over Central Floods in Vietnam, especially in Da Nang City, which was the focal point of our trip, was identified and addressed by Mr. Ujjal Das just 7 hours prior to our flight to Vietnam by accomodating a few days in Sapa Town instead (for a reasonable cost) which allowed us to visit Da Nang City a few days later with good weather condition and have a good experience there. Had we booked through some other travel agent, I am sure we would have had to cancel our entire stay in Da Nang City and pay a hefty sum to extend our stay in Hanoi City, not to mention the additional cost of flight to Da Nang City from Hanoi City. 2. Next up, we landed in Hanoi City at 02:10 hours and our hotel check-in time was 14:00 hours, i.e. almost 12 hours of wait time. Mr. Ujjal Das was kind and compassionate enough to provide us an amazing interim hotel to check-in and sleep for the night before checking in to our scheduled hotel in Hanoi City. Not only that, he added breakfast also so that we could eat to our hearts content like King, Queen and Prince before starting our Vietnam trip. Mind you, both the interim and our scheduled Hotels were amazing - breathtaking view and very comfortable! 3. As the trip progressed, we faced slight difficulty in travelling to Sapa Town with our child in sleeper bus due to space constraint. Mr. Ujjal Das promptly took note and booked VIP Cabin for us on the bus back to Hanoi City from Sapa Town. We experienced first class bus travel on foreign soil - what an experience! I would recommend Mr. Ujjal Das to all Indians planning to book international tours.

If there would have been any negative rating, I would have gone with it. I had recently had travelled with this tour operator to Bankok Pattaya during last week of 2024. My experience was really miserable. There were lot of discrepancy what was promised and charged to us and what we got. Our two full days were wasted and in reply we got a "Sorry ". This is a service industry and if the service is not delivered money should be refunded, but instead that we had to double pay to get the service after we landed in the place. My suggestion there are far better and genuine tour service providers in Kolkata. We had got cheated and hope no one gets the same.

Had a very great experience with the global travel international. Will love to travel with them again. Ujjal Das and the entire team was very helpful. Enjoyed a lot in the Thailand trip. Had a great time. They provided Good food and good hospitality.... I'm very satisfied....

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Nautica, Maldives. Speaking of the place itself, the beauty of it has to be seen to be believed. Pictures may convey the visuals but the emotion you feel on arriving can only be experienced. Our second hotel in Maafushi Island, Maldives - iCom Marina Seaview, was also awesome. The view from balcony was worth dying for! Constant ocean breeze with the ocean displaying fascinating colours at sunrise, noon and sunset is something which can make you forget your daily life in a jiffy. Thanks to our Tour Operator, Mr. Ujjal Das, who booked this wonderful experience for us at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mr. Ujjal Das to all Indians planning to book international tours.

Mr Ujjal Das provided us a good deal on the Maldives package providing us good options to customise and modify. He was flexible and very approachable. Overall we had a a great trip !

Mr. Ujjal Das has till date organised three trips for our family - one to Langkawi & Malaysia, one to Bali, Indonesia and the last one to Andaman. Our travel experience on all the trips was very good.
