Rishra Post Office

The post office is located on G.T. Road, Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal, PIN 712248. It's a Sub-Post Office under the Hooghly postal division. I had done Speed Post with AD from this place. The staffs are really helpful. PROS: Comprehensive Postal & Financial Services: The post office provides not just basic mail services, but a wide suite of financial services (savings, PPF, NSC, etc.), which is quite good for local residents who want to use postal banking. Tracking & Speed Post: Since it supports Speed Post and tracking, it's suitable for both letters and parcels, making it reliable for more than just basic mail. Accessibility: Being on G.T. Road (a major road) makes the post office relatively accessible. Also, Rishra's good connectivity via road helps. Local Demand: Since Rishra is an industrial locality, there may be reasonably consistent usage of the post office (both personal and business), meaning the post office is likely well-utilized.

Very very bad behaviour.. this is not only mine observation. I talked to some other Customers/visiters they were thinking same. Even they will not update your passbook(all day printer out of order, works only on Saturday) i have uploaded all the photos, where you can see a label/note on counter "printer out of order". All workers are so trained in misbehaving. 'You have to struggle each and every time for a small work', that's very much disappointing for me.

Neat and clean office and received well behavior from all categories of staff.
