Very poor service. No shade to wait for customer. Most of the customers are old aged. There is no sitting arrangement for them. High value cash withdrawal requires 2-3 days. Have to go 2 days minimum. Account opening and closing require 4-5 days. You have to go 4-5 times for opening & closing an account.

No phone number to reach them.. important items are never delivered on time. We have to visit them still they will make you wait and reply that they don't have any idea... officials behaviour is also very rude.
