The whole process went smooth for me. The staff are polite and very helpful. Let me share the whole process.. First you have to submit your printed copy of appointment letter (where Batch no. & Sequence no is mentioned). Then you have to wait for your turn. They will call one by one according to the batch and sequence number. When it's your turn you will go and they will ask you for your documents (Original+ photocopy). They asked me for: 1. Aadhaar Card (Only PVC Aadhaar or E-Signature verified Aadhaar is valid. Small Paper Aadhaar card is not vaild) 2. PAN card 3. Voter card (very important) 4. Driving licence 5. Birth certificate (digital birth certificate is recommended, but I have old birth certificate so I provided that) 6. Secondary/Madhyamic Certificate 7. Higher secondary Certificate. ...That's it. And self attested photocopies of above mentioned documents. Then a photograph of yours will be taken along with your signature and fingerprints. And that's it. If your documents are correct, you will not face any problem.

A no-nonsense passport office. Extremely cooperative staffs. If you reach there on time, you will be called ahead of other people. (DO NOT go there before time, they will call according to your sequence & batch number). Carry proper documents (& xerox copies): Appointment letter 1st page (Xerox of this not needed) Aadhar card PAN card Voter card Class X, XII, Graduation Certificate Marriage Certificate (If not having, then Annexure-J) Birth Certificate The process was extremely smooth and the staffs were cooperative. Dont go there before time unnecessarily, you will not be called based on when you reach there, you will be called based on your appointment sequence. I saw people there waiting >1.5 hours before me & I was called before them.

You may go according to the steps provided in the passport seva portal, but coming here you'll see a whole new system. Let me share my experience. I came an hour earlier to my reporting time and was not surprised to see that there's no one to check my application slip and let me in. Next there's no service according to your time slot. You need to submit your application slip first and then when your turn arrives, you'll get your service done. The main drawback of this system is anyone whose reporting time was in the evening gets his work done by noon. This was my first time visiting here and of course I didn't know this system. Eventually my time-slot crossed and I got my service done too late !! Also I witnessed a shocking incident where an applicant who was late to arrive at the centre was served first, all of a sudden...like what was this !? Anyways, instead of 3 counters there were 2 and both of them were polite, made the defaulters understand their issues. They just asked for PAN, AADHAR and if required VOTER...

The process was extremely smooth and the staffs were cooperative. You have to provide all the necessary documents that are required, incase you forget any they will politely tell you.

Small office space and less working attitude, not much flexibility as per rules and norms of MEA standards

Extremely cooperative staffs. All the negative reviews seems to be incoherent since they are asking for legit and required documents. You must take a full letter of clearly printed E-Adhar with it being digitally signed verified with green tick or you may produce PVC Adhar

It was awesome experience. Before my appointment this center, I read all feedback and then I'm scared little bit of but it's not like that. You can very easily get your passport within 25 days. It's my own experience.
