Passport Seva Kendra, Rudrapur

I recently visited the Passport Seva Kendra in Rudrapur and had a very smooth experience. The entire process was quick, organized, and hassle-free. There were no unnecessary questions or complicated steps. The staff was polite, cooperative, and communicated clearly with everyone. They guided me well at each stage, and my work was completed without any difficulty. Overall, a very professional and efficient service. Highly recommended!

Very worst experience. Officials are frustrated and keep on forwarding back applicants. Their behaviour towards gen public is not good. All staff must be changed. It's better not to book your appointment here. You will be regret later

The people here(can't be called officials) don't check the papers carefully at one time. They'll pick one one mistake on every visit not realising that people are coming from far away places. One grumpy, ill mannered, old man is no less than a disgust to everyone's visit, who doesn't have any taking etiquettes.

Very bad experience don't know how to talk to the person waste of time to go there that's why India is not developed because of these persons wasting everyone time and I suggest don't take appointment from that place

The service is very useless, none of the staff of the post office here works properly, my passport is stuck because of these people, they said your work is done and it is not done, brother, don't set up a centre in the office here after today, otherwise you will have to regret, I don't know why this centre was made, they are taking useless money from the government #Rudrapur

Overall staffs are good but the behaviour of senior one was too rude. Btw service is fast and experience was good.

It's a 'third class' place with no intent to do the passport job. The main culprit is the notorious 'in-charge' and his extremely lethargic team of (already retired in the mind) people who do not show up in time, make people run post to pillar for documents copies and reject the file without any due diligence. The 'in-charge / big shot' placed at the center seat of a 4x15 feet office acts very weird, he thinks everyone visiting the office is an 'illiterate' and talks in a non professional language. He asks individuals to wear the mask or else the file gets rejected on the face but he doesn't wear one, unsure if he got a vaccine that makes him invincible over Covid-19 or the rule just doesn't apply on the boss. He makes people wait for silly reasons, asks for a file for the copies and people need to run around. He doesn't have a photocopier in-house and the nearest is 10-15 mins away. His staff is mostly missing / never show up on time and he just sits there ask people to produce multiple set of copies. He knows it clearly that once someone has gone out the next appointment is after ~2 months and people don't want to visit this office anymore. I was doing the photocopy in the city and asked about this passport office and people were 'cursing' the 'incharge' as they were so frustrated with his behaviour and attitude. He and his team is an utter shame to the department, making people's experience worst.

Bunch of illiterates sitting at this office, team of aasholes who doesn't even know about new ammendments in verification process. They literally don't have any idea and difference between verification process of an adult and minor. When I showed them about the ammendments written in the rules column, they told me "aap jada padhe likhe ho, jaake RPO me baat karo" , i mean seriously? They don't care about anyone's time , you reach at your appointment time and they'll make you wait for hours. Authorities should look into it seriously. They are bunch of frauds.
