Very unprofessional and rude staff. Definitely needs some basic etiquette and training. Would always prefer paying a bit extra and getting the delivery done by other courier services rathe rthan wasting time here

Absolut clowns run this place. You stand half hour in line,then the guy gets up for lunch, all other windows continue work, except the most important one for international mail where ppl have to wait another 30 mins for the lunch guy to return. Meanwhile 10 or more ppl do other stuff but nobody cares about the intl window. Total disorganized clownshow

It's my highly request to Senior department that if your printer is not working then please replace it or find a solution before opening an office. I am not complaining to anyone but only giving a perfect solution. I just told your staff if your printer is not working please take a snapshot by my phone of policy. But your staff denied that. Then he suggests to I go to Railway Road POST OFFICE. Please note this is not a complaint this is a way how to manage small things. All staff in this office well trained as compared to yours another branch Post office virbhadra.

Tourists, be patient. Service can be very slow for international shipments, but it is necessary to follow all protocols. If the attendant is not fluent in English, just wait a moment and an English-speaking employee will assist you. And all people, whether foreign or not, must wait for service in a first-come, first-served queue. With the exception of people, whether foreign or not, who are entitled to priority service (for example, the elderly, pregnant women and people with disabilities). My husband and I really liked the service we received.

The service is too slow we waited more than 3 hours but our turn not come and things didn't work properly

Heard an Incident occurred at this post office to my dear friend regarding some Money transaction. I, from Pandey Brahmin Samajh l, has full support to my friend. We condemn the action of this post office especially Krishan Gopal who is the main nuisance causer. He lacks both knowledge and manner to deal with customers. I along with highly respected elders from Brahmin Samajh from Haryana and UP would at once register a complaint at Lucknow High Court to summon this disgraceful employee at this post office very soon. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Communication in English was no problem. Some services are not available untill closing time at 17 pm
